You know how for Marvel, Dark Horse, DC forums in Great Escape they have their own unique icon for the forum? That's what she means.

Sam, is that Gossip Girl white enough for you?

Okay, so I wasn't that happy with the New Moon style, so I made a second version "New Moon v 2"
 
Yeah! GG looks fabulous Vil. :) And so does the new New Moon one. Great job on both!

And Farrah, basically I was thinking to add a little spice to the main page that we could have a film strip picture next to the Movie forum. A CD or record as a picture for the music forum, a television for the TV forum, and a comic book for the comic forum. Not necessarily those thing, but i'm just giving you an example. :)
 
they're all gorgeous! and THANK YOU for not including Ashlee in the MP banner.

one question , is it possible to include Faith & Willow in the buffy banner? if it takes away from the quality or whatever, dont worry. just a little personal request that i had :D i loved those two.

and i see what you mean about those icons. i think thats a cool idea! it would bring a new spice/flair to this board :) and im all for trying new things. if it doesnt work or whatever, we can always go back. will the forums themselves still have their own design like now?
 
it would be difficult to add them into that particular banner because of the way i layed it out. but i can make a whole different one if you want them in there.

Like I said, it's the same thing as we already have in the Great Escape forum for each of the comic publishers (DC, Marvel, Dark Horse).
 
Sam, when you do the buttons, if you name them this way, it will make things easier so I don't have to rename all the files:

gossipgirl_new.jpg
gossipgirl_old.jpg
gossipgirl_new_lock.jpg
gossipgirl_old_lock.jpg (I often make new lock and old lock the same)
gossipgirl_newthread.jpg
gossipgirl_reply.jpg
gossipgirl_threadclosed.jpg

PS In future, you don't have to leave a lot of space with a solid color on one side of banners - as long as it bleeds to a solid where you want it to blend in that's all we need. :)

About the banners, thanks for the tip lol. I didn't even think of that. :p

And the schemes both look great! I really love the MP colors, it's beautiful.

And i'll also save the buttons in that format too.
 
i made some main buttons, like the ones on buffyboards. i wasn't sure if everyone agreed to do this or not, but i figured i would make them just in case.

i'll be periodically working on the scheme buttons...i hate doing those so i'm dragging lol
 
Oh also, when you're doing buttons, unless you're specifically making a decorative border, you can leave them off because the borders are coded into the board to match across the style.

oh okay. duely noted! :) and the main buttons look great!

as for the transformers scheme, it seems really really blue to me. maybe a lighter blue in the forum section?
