Bionic Woman

well of course that had something to do with it from the start. You see how afraid the studios are to recast WONDER WOMAN...because everyone knows that LYNDA CARTER is the one TRUE "WW"...the same thing applies for Lindsay Wagner/Bionic Woman. i bet you they wont do this shit for the Six Million Dollar Man  and of course Lee Majors will forever be seen as the one true "Steve Austin".

this girl who is playing the Bionic Woman is BORING to watch.

I read somewhere that Jessica Biel was in talks of becoming the next Wonder Woman.

Anyhow, I haven't watched the show...simply because I have two other shows recording at the same time. :D But i'll wait to see if it gets cancelled before I start DLing episodes.

Ah, good to know Vil! I personally think they shouldn't have a 'known face' for the role of WW.

I am worried about that. She is pale with dark hair, but I expected whoever was going to be WW to be...hotter than that. Definitely no Lynda Carter from THAT pic, LOL.

what the hell is wrong with her LIPSTICK? and is she TALL enough? Lynda Carter is a 6 footer...and Wonder Woman is an amazon...those women typically arent small in stature.

Well her IMDB picture is a hell of a lot better than that other one with the pink lipstick. She definitely has the ooks down (judging from the second picture that is) to be WW.

Either way, I highly doubt they're going to find a 6 foot brunette beauty for the role of WW. There are hardly any 6 foot tall actresses out there that fit that requirement.

Concerning BW, I do think Michelle Ryan is just kind of "there" as Jaime. She's not a great actress, and the dialogue in general on this show seems forced and cheesy at times.

The second ep was weird and confusing with her boyfriend Will being dead. And Mark Sheppard is just way to young to be playing the deceased Will's dad. And what exactly were the bad guys doing? What was their motivation? No explanation.

All that being said, I'm liking the show so far. Really like Katee Sackhoff as Sarah Corvis. She totally stole the show in the 3rd ep. Disturbed homicidal characters tend to do that I guess.

Michelle Ryan was good in Jekyll - I think it might be the writing that's the problem.
I also wonder if she's still struggling, slightly self-conscious about the American accent. That's gotta be a challenge.
