Listen to what this person is saying.
Now, I think its mind boggling that MORE ppl arent alarmed over this "National Defense Authorization Act for" is beyond me. isnt this the very thing we've seen reported on the news that plague other countries??
The logic of this presentation went out of the window for me though the moment the person attempted to lay the majority of the blame @ Obama's feet. Obama has promised a veto of this law but the Senate achieved the 2/3rds majority to ovverride that & are now conducting closed communication meetings in the House of Reps to get the law passed there as well.
many of the factors that lead to this law's creation occurred far before Obama's watch so I dont see how this can be tied to him.
If ANYTHING you should tie it to BUSH & his balatant assault of civil liberties & freedoms a.k.a. the patriot act or how he pushed the NSA to circumvent checks&balances to start illegal wire tapping.

this law effective nullifies the constitution & EVERYONE would be considered a "suspect" in a war zone, could be arrested & detained indefinitely or even executed w/out due process.
