I didn't know this was a remake lol. Either way, i've been seeing this show being pimped left and right, and it still doesn't look appealing to me. It just looks pretty boring. So I won't be watching.

the original "V" was awesome whether you were really into sci fi or not. the chief antagonist, "Diana" was voted the "best sci fi villain of all time" during the time the original series and its sequel were broadcast. for YEARS I actually thought it was Lynda Carter who played "Diana" but its actually actress Jane Badler.
Still, I dont know how good this remake will be. Yes the special effects will be better but the original V had a story and a PLOT that was engaging to make up for the lack of technology at the time.
and just a bit of trivia- it was "Diana" from V that inspired me for Malice's real name, Diana.

Ive heard about this, and tried to watch the original that was on TV the other day, but I was distracted. I think i'm gonna tune in, it seems pretty interesting and I do remember hearing how big of a deal it was back in the day.
