Trainers, promotions and leaders, oh my!

Thought that we might start looking at some of the members that we might want to think of as taking more of a leadership role, either as assistant trainers, Dark Elders/Mastrixes, etc.

I think that Blacklight might serve well as either a Trainer or as a Dark Elder. He is usually prompt to summonses and has done some really good work.

Another one to think about is Jex (Toby). He was doing a really fine job in Eye and IQ as well.

Any other suggestions?
 
IM totally in favor of Blacklight becoming a Trainer.

Sati as a Dire Wraith of course.....Titania should be returning to us as a DW as well.

i think all the best and brightest of MoE as of late should be summoned to an all out tournament...with the winner being granted a promotion and an offer of a position as dark elder/ mastrix or trainer(the last position depends on how savvy they are in combat).
 
I agree but we should keep the reward a secret, that way you have people working for it seriously rather than for a promotion. Intermittant reinforcement is the best, lol.
 
yes definately. Ill preside over that particular combat session and then we can go over ther performances together in here.
