I am not ashamed to admit when I am wrong.
StrongBinder I WAS WRONG.
The appearance of certain "blacks" with BUSH right after he received criticism from Afro Americans regarding the Katrina disaster, WAS, REPEAT WAS, a way of spinning the fact that the local, state and Federal governments failed in handling hurricane Katrina. It was also away of shoving racial criticism away from BUSH for his piss poor handeling of the Katrina disaster.
BUSH failed in his reaction and he did not show leadership during the Katrina disaster, and there is no excuse for that.
