Has anyone watched this new show? I watched the first ep and was pretty underwhelmed. Bad casting yet again. It was just plain boring imo. I wanted to like it but I feel like I need someone to make a case as to why I should watch episode 2. lol

Ah that sucks I was really interested in taking a look at the show. I like the way their "magic" looks in the promos. Maybe it will pick up and get better?
I don't know, I am just so disappointed with the casting on most new shows. You don't have someone to carry the show through the rough bits.
Agreed...I miss when there were actors and actresses that were just TV people. Like I'm re-watching Six Feet Under right now and there are so many people who guest star on that show that I know from other shows they've done, but they aren't "famous" just great actors, and the experience just feels a little more personal. Now it's like "Look at Hayden Panatierre try and sing country music!" It's annoying lol.
