The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

[Black King]

So not sure if anyone here is into indie PC gaming but this game is currently one of my absolute favorites to play. Its creepy, dark, vulgar and all together one of the strangest bits of fiction I've ever played with. Its a Rouge-lite game were you play as named Isaac who is trying to escape his mother who is trying to kill him after she hears the voice of god telling her to kill her son. You only have your tears and your wits to fight off enemies, its deceptively simple but really fun.
