I've heard people say that as well, and compare to Guardians, but I don't see it. Or very peripherally do I see it compared to Guardians. Even at that the trailer did not seem 'light' or comedic. If you watch it without the soundtrack it has an entirely different feel. I think they were trying to appeal or entice those that complained the previous trailer was too 'gritty and dark'.

It's only smoke and mirrors. Watch it on mute. It feels different.
 
Yeah, I don't know the whole thing kind of worries me..it's either going to be real good or just like two hours of stunt casting gone wrong. I just can't tell yet, and I don't know..I'm not really feeling Will Smith in this movie, I just don't know that he fits in with the others cast in the movie.
 
I really wasn't feeling him either, but I thought he was more convincing in that trailer. Deadshot is not one of my favorite characters in general, so he's got the odds stacked against him in truth.
 
I didn't mind Will Smith in the first trailer (as he only said one line) but the more he talks, the less I like. I think he carries too much baggage at the moment and that could be the thing that pulls the movie down.
