In the aftermath of Schism, I'm still dismayed that she chose to remain w/ bitchass Cyclops' X team rather than join Wolverine's @ The Jean Grey School for the Gifted. I feel like Storm has been watered down SO MUCH in the 2000s & now? <<sigh>> I don't know what to think. She claims she "needs to keep Cyclops on the right path" but i think it was obvious to her when the revelation about the new X-force came out during 2nd Coming that Cyclops was not @ all the person she thought he was & she even asked him did he think about what JEAN would say if she could see what he was doing. He's lost the respect of alot of the CORE X-men including Storm & to see her remain w/ him is a puzzler to me.
Perhaps going to the Avengers, she'll get a chance to SHINE again like the goddess she is. It's just too bad there'll be no interactions between her & Wasp. I'd LOVE to see how those two would regard each other.

: He's STILL writing the Avengers!? The ONLY character he did right by (imo) was Spider Woman, bringing her back w/ some pizazz & upped power levels. Other than that? I've NEVER been able to get over what he did to that title starting w/Disassembled onward. DAMN I didnt know he was STILL writing it!
