yes, the staff & six have 130X160 but regular members have 115X115.

i'm assuming that Deimos and Abdur have 115X115 already?
 
Farrah, I think what Vil was saying is that regular members have to have 100x100 because all the standard avatars that are loaded onto SG are 100x100. If you want all the members to have 115x115 avatars, we'd have to wipe out all the avatars we currently have and make all new ones.

So for the sake of our sanity, I think we should keep members at 100x100 LOL.

And EXCUUUUSE me Vil. I was just ASKING! :D

Also, Farrah I think you should make an announcement in both the six forum and main board forum. Because i'm about to change my username and I don't want people to be confused. :) Since everything is pretty much set except for Vil working on the character profile.
 
Help me out with summing up the changes that were made? (i'm at work and its busy as hell today :( )

I dont want to make it sound confusing to the members.
 
okay. how about this:


We have recently made some changes involving The Six RPG forum. For all the members involved in The Six, we now have a seperate RPG profile. This means, that on the main Screen-Gems board, you may change your username, avatar, and banner to whatever you desire. For example, Persephone changed her username to 'Baroness' and is using a personal banner [she has yet to change her avatar]. However, if you go into the Six forum, Persephone's character's name, banner, and avatar are still in tact.

This is a way for Six members to express themselves throughout the main board without having to 'sport' their character info. Please PM either Persephone or Vilandra to change your username and avatar [if you would like to that is].

Also, there have been some changes in the avatar sizes. Staff members and Six members will all have an avatar size of 130x160, while boardwide members will be using 100x100 avatars provided by the Screen-Gems staff. If you are one of the lucky members who is allowed a custom avatar, please PM Baroness with the picture you would like as an avatar and she will make you a custom 100x100 avatar for you.

I don't see anything Vil.....but I think we should definitely have:

Name [since we're using our alias as our username lol]
Age
Gender
Power/Ability
Location
Alligance: [the six, the sisterhood, gods/goddesses, mystech]

It's up to Farrah if she wants to go into major specifics.


Question: Are you going to merge your Morningstar account with you Vilandra one since we've made these changes?
 
Oh! And you should mention that the dummy accounts used for the Six will not be effected by this change. This is only for the main accounts used within The Six. All dummy accounts usernames, banners, and avatars will remain in tacted when posting within the Six forum. :)'

You should add in that the Six people change their Six avatars/banners by putting the url of the image in their profile.

I'll be putting all that stuff in it's own category but I haven't gotten to it yet.

Oh okay, I was just wondering [about the account merging].

Also, I would say that since we're changing the avatar size, to PM me with the picture they want so I can make all the avatars the same size.
 
Also, you need to tell people that for their extra characters they will need to fill out the new profile fields in those accounts (other than avatar, username, usertitle, and signature).
 
I'm actually doing that now....to save them the trouble. And I did it on their main accounts too lol. Just so it looks unified. They can go in and change it though, of course. :)
 
Oh, and for alliance there should probably be an 'unknown' alliance or maybe 'rogue' for those who aren't associated with mystech, the sisterhood, the six, ect. :)
 
Farrah, I went into all the main dummy accounts that are used in the six [Siren, Fusion, Sharon Kelly, ALycia Barnett, Shadow Weaver, Enchantra, Dominique, Malice....ect] and added all their character information.

I changed Dominique to Isis and Sharon Kelly to Silver Swan. And I didn't know what to put in their abilities section, so I left it blank.

All the Gods/Goddesses dummy accounts we rarely used, I left blank until we actually use them.

You can obviously go back and change anything you want to change. But I just wanted to let you know. :)

I know you said you were working on kinks, Vil. But I was just wondering why the avatars and banners aren't working for a lot of people in the six? Is that one of the kinks you're working out?
