even IF she were conducting a quality check of in-flight service, to have the plane turn around & order someone off of it for failing their quality check? that's just an abuse of power, not to mention interfering w/ a flight.

some ppl just take their entitlement issues TOO FAR! the stories of ppl acting up on airplanes these days are becoming more & more ridiculous.

Well @ least THEIR gov't isn't afraid to go after "powerful business families" when they do bad things. I wish OUR country would borrow a leaf & do the same.

Park Chang-jin, the crew member who had to disembark from the plane, told South Korea's KBS television network on Friday that Cho had shamed and insulted crew members. A first-class passenger told Yonhap News Agency that Cho yelled at flight attendants who kneeled before her, pushed one flight attendant's shoulder and threw an object at the cabin wall.

they KNEELED before her? & since she was doing all that, SHE should've been escorted off the plane. Talk about a NUT
