Mike relaxed as she emerged to a familiar ditty from their late night TV watching. he chuckled as she pranced in her flying suit...until she snapped her fingers and the clothes came off, revealing seamed stockings, heels, and a bodice that almost derailed the whole damn show. Mike whistled at her, reveling in the sexually charged atmosphere. As Mariah Carey comes on, he realizes that this was indeed going to be a different kind of fashion show.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shit!

Karen goes through a procession of outfits, each cleverly showing off her body as she strutted and twirled to the beat. At one point, she cracks a whip, actually surprising Mike, but he does not mind, whistling and catcalling lewdly as the whip holds him at bay as she decides briefly to go with a mask, a look he likes very much.

She finally reaches him, but stays JUST far away enough to keep the show going, moving to a very sexy number with a mystic symbol, which made him think a bit as he continued to look at her. He wasn't simply ogling Karen; he DID in fact want to be helpful.

Finally, she ended the show with her apparent top choice, a form-fitting but tastefully sexy outfit that actually was very much a complement (purposely?) to his own black body contouring armor. Mike looked at the outfit thoughtfully before standing up and walking to Karen, looking her over as she posed. He whispered in her ear, as if telling a secret.

VEEEEERY nice. If I may suggest something, that symbol that you had on your...bosom before would be a nice accent as a small black symbol on your silver choker and belt. Just a suggestion. Oh, and...keep the whip. We might need it...

They discussed the plan a little further.... then began to execute it. Alison orchestrated the timing.... Haleigh put all the hospital cameras on a looped feed that made the halls look empty.... and she set off several fire alarms down at the other end of the OR. She locked up several systems at once, including vital reporting machines and computers.

The group moved fluidly, and upon direction, Haleigh altered Blaze's charts and her medical record to eliminate any reports of a head injury. Morgan went to work to heal the life threatening injuries.

"She's got internal bleeding as well, Morgan... heal that too."

O.r.

As each of the others entered into the O.R. the familiar rhythm of Blaze’s heart beeped along with other devices hooked up to her petite frame. She had been pretty banged up from the accident. Out of all the injuries this alternate faced death never loomed closer. There was no demon, mutant, or really a human. It was just fate that was dealing a card her way.

Unknown to her Blaze’s condition was reuniting polarizing sides together. The Morgan, Haleigh, and Nicolas love triangle had temporarily been forgotten for the time being. Each person there pulled there weight to save a woman they barely knew yet had a striking resemblance to their Blaze. A very touching moment indeed. But most knew magic had consequences if abused. Morgan and the others were using it for personal gain to heal Blaze.

A team of medical doctors had surrounded her form. Blood smeared across their medical uniforms from trying to sustain Blaze’s injuries. The double doors would fly open freezing everyone there as each team member played a pivotal role.

Blaze’s heart monitor would continue to beep as she was still unconscious. An unflattering white hospital gown covered her. Not exactly the most fashionable. You would think Michael and Kimberly would have picked more adequate conditions since this was once their hospital. Two residents of Melrose Place years ago.

Even still Blaze would be oblivious to the orchestration Alison had all planned out to save her life with the assistance of the others. It only proved that through thick or thin the Six would pull together as a solid unit driven on saving the lives of innocent bystander. Only this time it was personal because it was Blaze’s life they held in their hands.

"Well we both let our guard down… how were we supposed to know she now resorts to cheap shots?"

Clara settled on the arm of the sofa, as Johnny came back with a bag of peas, sheepishly apologizing for being too rough. Clara nodded in agreement as Claudia tried to find an upside… but all she really wanted to do was turn Sharon into fried chicken. It'd be an improvement, really. She was plotting Sharon's demise when her sister's voice broke into her thoughts, asking if she knew a healer.

"[absently]Hmm? Oh…. Well there was this one guy… but we're not exactly on good terms anymore. [off her sister's look] Well, he asked me out and I turned him down. I guess he didn't handle the rejection well."

Claudia pulled the frozen food away from her bruise, giving Clara a look and asking Clara if the bruise was bad. Clara, upon seeing it, winced very slightly. Her tone was reassuring but not exactly convincing.

"Noo…..not at all. [quickly] Keep the peas on it."

She added, guiding her sister's hand with the frozen veggies back up to her face.

<< Morgan reaches Blaze's room and looks distressed as she sees her sister.>>

Blaze...

<< she moves forward, with Alison and Delilah close behind.>>

<< standing by Blaze now, Morgan looks upon her. Alison didnt freeze her, but she was under anesthetic and wouldnt be entirely aware that they were there.>>

<< As she holds Blaze's hand, Alison tells Morgan that all she needs to do to effect the outcome of this surgery is to heal the head injury and brain damage.>>

<< Morgan gestures, as the area around Blaze grows dark and a pentagram forms in the air above her head.>>

and now...with the power of magick that flows through me, i call upon the ancient power of Hecate, the goddess of witch craft, the mother of all witches past and present.

<< she weaves a pattern of power around Blaze's head.>>

let your wounds...be healed!

<< energy emits from the pentagram as Blaze's head begins to glow and Morgan continues to hold her hands over her. the spell runs its course and Blaze's head injuries are healed. the internal bleeding was taken care of as well. That leaves only the other injuries for the doctors to tend to.>>

<< Morgan looks down on Blaze, and strokes her hair.>>

Alison says that this will ensure you'll survive. I've done all i can...and I EXPECT you to do your part...

<< she says as she speaks close to Blaze's ear and squeezes her hand gently.>>

<< she steps back, avoiding a nurse who was frozen in mid step.>>

okay...i'm all finished now.

Groaning after hearing her sisters less than convincing response, Clara guided the peas back up to her cheek. Shifting her eyes over to Jonnny, Claudia wasn't about to walk around with a giant reminder of how Sharon hit her for the next few days.

"Johnny, make some calls. I want you to find a healer for me now."

Claudia didn't need someone to be cooperative, she just needed to be able to touch them for a few seconds and absorb their healing capabilities and heal herself. She'd be damned if the next time she saw Sharon there was any evidence left over from their confrentation.

Wincing, Claudia removed the peas from her cheek.

"A hit and run....what a fucking coward. That alone prooves Sharon Kelly's still the same scared little bitch she's always been."

Claudia was still fuming about the whole situation, and partly astonished that it even HAPPENED in the first place. Tossing the peas onto the coffee table, Claws slumped back into the couch.

[looking to Clara] "You don't have to sit around here with me Clars. Go ahead and do what you were planning to do today. I'm fine.."

Delilah took a deep breath to prepare herself for the manouevre they wee about to perform, then let it out slowly. She nodded to the others indicating that she was ready, and waited for Harbinger to cue her.

She created a focused strobe light-like pattern of light which would scramble the surveillance cameras that watched them. It would just look like interference to anyone who watched the footage later, but it would mask their actions. With the added bonus that no one would be able to prove that the tapes had been doctored...because of course, they hadn't been.

She followed the others as they made their way to the OR. Coming through the door she was taken aback a bit by the sight of Blaze lying there on the operating table. She shook herself back into the matter at hand, and let her eyes flick around the room for any sign of movement by "civilians".

Morgan moved in to do her thing, and Delilah took her eyes off the door long enough to watch. There was something mesmerizing about the magick flowing into Blaze.

Morgan indicated that she was finished, so Delilah bagn to usher the others out of the room. They couldn't take Blaze with them, unfortuneately, so they needed to get themselves out of the OR and back to the waiting room.

"Then let's blow this popsicle stand."

She looked behind her for one final glance at Blaze, then shook her head.

"I've got to hand it to you, Morgan, that's one kick ass power you've got there. You must save a fortune on medical bills."

Claudia wanted to be rid of the evidence of Sharon's cheap shot… and Clara couldn't blame her… she wouldn't be particularly happy about the mark either. She nodded as her sister instructed Johnny to call someone.

"Call David. Tell him…. Whatever he wants to hear."

THIS time, Clara caught the slightest look of reservation in his eyes… but she didn't say anything about it, because he still pulled out his cell and stepped away. Claudia continued to seethe, but then encouraged Clara to go ahead with her plans for the day. Clara raised an eyebrow.

"And you'll do what? Sit around here and mope about that stupid buzzard Sharon Kelly? You should get out of the house too. Come with me. It'll be FUN… Cars, clothes, and casinos; a girl can't go wrong. Maybe you'll find something YOU like too."

Morgan healed Blaze's life threatening injuries, and Delilah urged them all to withdraw from the OR and go back to the waiting room. The removal of the life or death situation lifted the pressure off ALL of them... and Haleigh was consciously aware of the awkwardness of her presence there. she hadn't interacted with Morgan directly for several weeks, and now that no one was about to die, there was really no reason for them to be forced to tolerate each other. Haleigh was wary that if Morgan decided NOW was a good time to go off on her, Haleigh herself might retaliate. Last night was still a little too fresh, for both of them. The situation was even MORE tense with Nicolas there as WELL. The hybrid gracefully decided to withdraw and leave Morgan here to look after her sister in relative peace.

As they all made it back tot he OR and everyone released their control over various activities and systems within the hospital, Haleigh glanced around at everyone and gave a curt smile.

"Well... that was thrilling. I'd love to... stick around for more excitement but now that Blaze is safe... I've got some... business... to attend to. If anyone needs me... you know how to reach me."

She didn't give anyone a chance to detain her, simply leaving, finding an empty hospital room and using MD to get back to Melrose.

Once home, it was back to business as usual. Blaze was in good hands, and safe... and Haleigh readied herself to be distracted from her troubles by working. On the floor above her, she could sense the DNA signatures of both Zacchara sisters and that cute bodyguard that had been with them yesterday. With the rest of the Melrose complex empty.... now was the PERFECT time to pay them a 'apartment-warming visit'. Haleigh traveled up the stairs to apartment 6, and after considering just letting herself in, she decided instead to start off on a positive beat by knocking on the door.

"Are you kidding me? I'm not stepping FOOT outside of this house until this [gestures to her cheek] is taken care of. [giving Clara an accusatory look] And I don't mope, thank you very much. Plus, I thought i'd check out what's on TV over here in the states. I'm sure it's changed in....oh, 14 years."

Grinning cutely at her sister, suddenly a knocking at the door flushed Claudia's cheeks red and her face immediately went from 'sweet' to murderous in less than a second. Anticipating it was Sharon wanting to see her handy work or cause more trouble, Claudia stood and made her way past the chair Clara sat in.

"Oh I HOPE it's her...."

She grumbled under her breath as she opened the door seeing Haleigh. Rolling her eyes, Claudia's weight shifted to one leg as she let her tense body relax; leaning a bit into the open door.

"Oh goody! It's another walking, talking, blonde Barbie bitch. What do you want? I'm not in the mood."

Melrose

Claudia opened the door… with a bruised cheek. Haleigh looked a little surprised.

"DAMN girl, what happened to your FACE?!?"

Claudia had a bad attitude and started off with insult. Haleigh wondered if she'd have gotten better reception by just letting herself in. She scoffed indignantly.

"Look, I won't deny I'm a pretty BAD bitch, but I take offense to being called Barbie. I'm about as FAR from Barbie as a bitch gets. Besides…. Barbie lives across the courtyard, okay? [moving on] Now… the one I REALLY want to talk to is your sister, but if you put the CLAWS away, I don't mind you hanging around."

Claudia peered at Haleigh deciding not to give any details as to what happen to her face. Instead the let Haleigh continue babbling until she got to the real reason she was there.

Now… the one I REALLY want to talk to is your sister, but if you put the CLAWS away, I don't mind you hanging around."

"MIND me hanging around? I don't know how things operate back in the trailer park sweetie, but showing up at my house and ordering me away unless I coorperate is a sure fire way for you to end up with my stiletto in your colan. And trust me....I love my shoes. And would be EXTREMELY pissed off if I had to ruin them because of your Beverly Hillbilly ass."

Claudia was in no mood for ANYONE'S mouth, especially Haleigh Davidoff. Her dark amber eyes remained narrowed and focused on the blonde until she felt Johnny come up from behind and whisper 'i've got him' in her ear. Parting her lips with her tongue, Claudia glanced over at Clara and gestured to Haleigh.

"You deal with this [Haleigh]."

Walking away from the front door, Claudia headed off with Johnny and disappeared into Claudia's bedroom.

Clara turned as there was a knock at the door… her sister instantly assumed the worst: that it was Sharon come back for a second try. Clara didn’t think so… Sharon had gotten a lucky shot in and it would be BEYOND stupid to return and give chance for immediate retaliation.

It was Haleigh…. Who couldn't possibly impose herself at a worse time. Claudia stiffened and tried to get Haleigh to announce her intentions… apparently… she'd come primarily to talk to Clara. Claudia cast her off for Clara to deal with as Johnny came back with word from David.

Clara stood up from the arm of the sofa. Haleigh stood on the doorstep, smirking at Claudia's departure. Clara pursed her lips and begrudgingly invited Haleigh in to sit down.

Haleigh: "She doesn't like me, does she?"

Clara shut the front door and came back over to sit down.

"She doesn't trust you."

Haleigh smirked a little more at the girl's response.

"She SHOULDN'T. But that doesn't mean she has to be rude. I don't trust HER either… but there's no reason not to be polite."

Clara respond directly to Haleigh's comment… but rather, like her sister, she pressed Haleigh to get down to the real reason she was hear. Haleigh weighed on how she was going to play it.

"I'd like you to take care of someone for me. [before Clara responded] Not kill them… death is too forgiving…. destroy them…. Ruin everything around them."

Clara: "Why?"

"Because…. She disrespected me. I made her a very palatable offer and she laughed at me…. And now that I've moved out here to the west coast, I'd like to expand my business-- she stands in the way."

It didn't seem like Clara was particularly interested. The mob princess asked another question: why Haleigh wouldn't do the job herself, if it was so obviously personal. Haleigh took a deep breath…

"Because I don't DO that anymore…. Because I CAN'T be involved directly in her demise. I need to remain hands-clean on this one…."

Wilshire hospital - Blaze's room

Meanwhile back at members of the Six did everything they could do to save the life of Blaze Fielding. While she wasn't their 'Blaze' she proved herself on the team as well. With a heart of gold and a stubborn will to match she burned brightly like the element she mastered.

Each of the doctors surrounding her petite form would unfreeze. Blaze's vitals seemed to be growing stronger. Everything had been strategically planned and focused to erase any record of head trauma and internal injuries.

It wouldn't be long before Blaze was placed in a recovery room. The elemental would be just fine only having to deal with a broken arm and a few bumps and bruises. The more severe injuries were healed thanks to her sister. Unknown to her Blaze had brought together two polar opposites to work together as a team. Nothing had mattered that evening. It proved that under all of the hostility Haleigh and Morgan could put their rivalry aside for the greater good. Even Nicolas stepped up to ensure the safety and success of the mission.

Almond shaped green eyes would open slowly to peer around her room. Blaze was a little groggy from the drugs she was pumped full of. Blinking back the blurry vision she turned to see she was in a hospital.

"Bloody hell."

Groaning under her breath, she detested hospitals. She always associated death with them and they smelled funny. Sitting up with a wince to see her left arm was in a sling. One of the nurses would walk in with a bright cheerful smile.

Nurse: "How are you feeling Ms. Fielding?"

Blaze pondered replying with a sarcastic remark but refrained. "Like I was hit by a semi-truck."

The nurse would walk over to check on her vitals while browsing her chart. "You know your sister gave the desk receptionist hell earlier."

Blaze brightened up, "Morgan, where is she?"

Nurse: "She's out in the waiting area with a few others. Now that you're awake they can see you. We needed to monitor your progress."

Blaze nodded, "Great but when do I get out of here? No offense but I really don't like hospitals."

Smiling the nurse knew Blaze wanted to get out of here. "The doctor would like to keep you overnight just as a safety precaution. Tomorrow you can be discharged."

Well, something was better than nothing she supposed. "Could you send my sister and the others in? I'd really like to see them."

Nodding the nurse walked out to go get the others.

It wasn't long before both Claudia and Johnny emerged from the her bedroom and headed back to the livingroom where they could hear Clara and Haleigh conversing. Claudia's cheek was now completely healed thanks to Clara's old 'friend' David who just happen to accidently run into Claudia outside of his office in Glendale. Johnny, who had the ability to transport from one place to another [which was a requirement for all bodyguards that her father hired], immediately took Claudia there upon finding where David was located. In a much better mood now that all evidence of Sharon's cheap shot was gone, Claudia gave Johnny an approving smile before heading over to the couches while he moved to the bar.

Catching the butt end of the conversation, Claudia's eyebrows lowered with intrigue hearing Haleigh state she needed to keep her hands clean about something. Taking a seat, she looked over at her sister; not bothering to address Haleigh.

"What's going on, Clar?"

MP -- Apt 16

Clara kept her eyes trained on Haleigh as she listened... quietly determining the risk and possible gain involved. It wasn't like they'd never done anything like it before... the Zacchara were notorious on the Mob circuit for blackmail and extortion, and they were always quick to use whatever means necessary to take out an opponent... and like Haleigh was proposing... that didn't ALWAYS mean to simply kill off the competition. There were other means of elimination....

Claudia and Johnny came back in, Claudia prompted Clara for an update. Johnny headed over to the bar and, after asking Claudia if she wanted anything, he set about making Clara a Martini and pouring himself some scotch. Clara brought her sister up to speed.

"Miss Davidoff here wants to pull off a coup d'etat and she'd like us to do the dirty work."

Clara kept her poker face on... and reached for a little more information.

"So who is it, exactly? That'll determine price, of course; if we decide to do it."

Haleigh: "Micheline Chau, the CEO of Industrial Light & Magic. And I'll provide you with everything you need to get the job done, but I'm not paying a premium."

Clara let out a sardonic laugh, reaching up to accept the martini that Johnny handed down to her.

"You want us to destroy the top paid executive of Hollywood's PREMEIR special effects corporation-- for FREE. Are you still DRUNK from last night??"

Claudia sat back, crossing her legs at the knee and propping her elbow up on the sofa arm. Many people came to the Zacchara's when they wanted illegal activities carried out. It wasn't a shock that Haleigh would want to do the same considering the crowd she was apart of now. Nibbling her pink finger, Claudia's eyes widdened hearing Haleigh state she wanted this Micheline Chau dealt with for FREE.

"Our organization didn't gain it's standing by giving away favors, Haleigh. If you want this woman destoryed there's a price to pay. If you don't like that, then get out and do it yourself. It's a simple as that."

Claudia glanced over at Clara before looking back at Haleigh. If it were her desicion Haleigh would already be out the door without a second thought. No ultimatums, no cliffnotes version of how the 'buisness' worked. Haleigh was plenty aware and wanted a free ride. Something Claudia didn't tolerate. HOWEVER, Clara was the head of the organization now that their father wasn't capable of running it, therefore it was her choice on what to do. Claudia was just there to pave the way for her sister; to guide and protect her. And judging from Clara's expression, she was on the same page as Claudia regarding Haleigh Davidoff.

As Haleigh made her exit, the weight of being in Morgan's presence and his own guilt wore heavy on Nicolas. He was quiet and reflective, almost not noticing the time pass until they were motioned to go see Blaze. Nicolas waited for them to lead, then followed at a respectful distance, hanging by the door to the recovery room as they entered...

MP -- Apt 6

Haleigh smiled wickedly as BOTH sisters rejected the idea outright. Rather than asking WHY she had the nerve to ask, they simply denied her.

"Oh, no…. It's not EXACTLY for free… you see… your father -- i.e., your organization-- owes me a great deal of money. He was my launderer for many years… before I died a couple of years ago. Well, of course, I didn't really DIE… but I did drop off the radar a while and instead of processing the rest of the money he'd received from me and returning it to me… he thought he could just KEEP it. [her expression grim] I didn't have the time or the… liberty to address the problem right away… I was busy doing OTHER things. [like saving the world, she thought] But the two of YOU have shown up at a very opportune time."

Clara: "Well I'm sorry Miss Davidoff… but my father is no longer a part of this organization, nor is he in any condition to be questioned about this business. I'm disinclined to 'honor' any debt you claim my father might owe…. And I don't believe I'm obligated to, ESPECIALLY if there's no way to confirm what you say is true with my father.

Haleigh glanced at Claudia… she seemed to be in agreement with her sister. Haleigh took a slow, deep breath, her gaze returning to Clara.

"I'm disappointed. [pausing] It's too bad… I had hoped we could be friends about this… you two are going to NEED as many friends as you can get, what with the neighbors you have. [obviously talking about Sharon. She looked back and forth between the sisters, judging their expressions] Once the REST find out who you are-- what you're REALLY doing in L.A…."

She didn't finish her sentence… she let them think for themselves.
