Next Storyline

non cannon. "what if the six had died on their first mission"

Birds of Prey reference is in regards to the "oracle" (a character from DC comics BoP) like role Delilah will take in this story/time line.
 
oooh! okay. awesome! :D I really wanted to do that storyline, so that should be exciting. :)

Will we have completely new characters since the six are dead? Because that would be even better to get to explore new powers and personalities!
 
I've been thinking about this since Farrah brought up the idea of having Ava and/or Nicolas there still since they weren't part of the original team. I think - and this is just my own opinion - it would be more fun if everyone had new characters. Delilah will be the anchor to the "regular" Six, but if we have Ava and Nicolas in there, it's kind of just the Six without Morgan, Alison and Haleigh. Just my personal opinion.
 
Yeah, I agree. Plus, I would like to dive into a new character outside of Ava in these non cannon storylines.

So Delilah will be the only survivor? Or will everyone be dead and a new group has to take over?
 
i agree w/ you both. however, when the time comes, I'LL be using Silver Swan (who , like Birds of Prey, is a DC comics character that i borrowed/was inspired by :D ) w/ a few key changes in her backstory etc. she wont have been like she appears in the mainstream six in terms of her back story.
 
Will she be connected to the six? If so, maybe she should be the soul survivor of the six and the person who sort of "recruits" the new team.

I still like the idea of the six dying, and because of their death, MysTech becomes extremely powerful and begins to capture and kill mutants. Sort of like in the timeline Ava and Alison were in during their cross time caper. Mutants go into hiding underground, and that's where silver swan decides to say fuck em, lets rally and fight these bastards, forming a new team.
 
her appearence in the timeline ava & alison were lost in is just what i had in mind for her(in some key ways). i DO plan on having her be one of the mutates to escape the citadle due to the actions/sacrifice of the six.

but Delilah will be the recruiter in this story. her role will be similar to that of barbara gordon's (the original bat girl) who became Oracle in DC after surviving an accident that caused her to lose the use of her legs. She went on to become THE information resource/guide for the superhero community & she created Birds of Prey.

Vil's idea is to have Delilah go on to recruit a new team to pick up where the six left off. There's more to it than that of course, but you & garrick will have the opportunity to create new characters :nod: & sharon will be present but again, w/ a twist.
 
You know what worries me? That after I told Lexi on Facebook how worried everyone was, she didn't come to the board and just check in in the shoutbox or anything. I hope nothing's really wrong that she's just not saying. :(
