Soon (possibly tonight) we will be moving to a new, more stable, server. I'll keep downtime to as little as possible, but it may take up to a day for your ISP to recognize the change of servers.

When the move occurs, you will see a closed message on the old board and then when you see it as open again you will know that you are seeing the new server.

Our new host is going to be doing some maintenance on Saturday, should be no more than an hour of downtime, but here's a head's up.

From the new host:

On Saturday, May 7th, we will be rebooting all servers for security and performance upgrades. The reboot process should take less than 10 minutes and we will be rebooting one server at a time. We will be starting at 11 PM GMT-5 (EST) and expect the entire process to take no longer than 60 minutes in total to restart all four servers.

We will be moving from CloudLinux 0.7.49 to 0.8.29 which offers improved I/O performance, statistics tracking, stability, and reliability over the version we are currently operating. This new version is also supported by KSplice rebootless system security patches which means we will be able to keep the system secure without needing reboots often, just as we have been able to do on 0.7.49.

do whatever you need to do and take whatever time you need to make sure there's no bugs. :) everyone here is will be patient.

thank you and dan both for taking care of this!

Okay so if you're reading this you're on the new server :)

If anyone notices any broken images or anything not working properly, please let me know.

Like I said I've moved us onto the same server as BB. We'll see how that works out but if there are any growing pains there it can be fixed, we just need to give things a few days to see how it goes.

:)
