We ALL have to be able to start the weekly meetings..this way the coverage is there. all topics for meetings are to be placed in this thread. whoever is opening the meeting should check the Promotions thread to see if any one has been promoted and make sure to include the promotions as well. take the topics of the meeting from here, along with the promotions and create the meeting in Ungodly Counsel.

ALWAYS make sure that in the first post of the meeting you preceed the topics with the header "From the Desk of Darkchilde"

if you, the staff feel that additional matters need to be discussed or have any announcements to make, please add them in as well.

make sure to "stick" the meeting at the top of the Ungodly Counsel forum for its duration (sunday to wednesday).

Transition
Welcome BACK everyone! we have made a big move but with the help of friends, staff and the support of participants in Generations of War, the transition has gone quite smoothly.

We have all our information and setups back in place..and with only a few minor details to smooth over....the MoE as well as the GoL and whole of GoW are now settled into their new home.

We ALL owe a big thanks to Tru Davies and her board staff for allowing us to come here. Let us make sure that we not only enjoy our game but take time to explore the whole of the board, meet new members and maybe even encourage them to join us. :)

All members returning to MoE are advised to set your rpg stats once more. everyone's bio was saved so there will be no need to worry about that and all members will be given 1000 gil to start off with. Training will resume in the weeks to come and slowly but surely all operations will return to their normal ruitines. We will have some new members in our midst so let us welcome them with open arms! ;)

I would like to use this time for members to ask any questions they may have about our new home, or any GoW specific questions. Your Dire Wraiths, Evil Incarnates and Dark Mastrix are here to help you in any way possible. .........the floor is now open to members and once again....WELCOME BACK EVERYONE! ;)
 
Masters of Evil: meeting 2

I now call this 2nd meeting of the Masters of Evil to order!

there are no promotions at this time...but NEXT meeting there will be a few. members have already begun to get back into the groove of training and that is good thing.

We have the pleasure of welcoming two experienced members to our midst, DG Hecate and Ikaris, they are founding members of the ORIGINAL ADA and have come to our Masters of Evil to help us spread darkness and chaos in the new generation. let us welcome them!

We have settled into our new home on Tru Calling, and now it is time to swell the ranks of GoW for BOTH covens. to that end...i would like to announce a referral contest.

if you have your own message board, or are a member of a board that is lacking in fun rpgs, you are encouraged to promoted Generations of War: A Battle RPG. for helping us to grow with new members we offer: bonus gil, and tailsmans and for those who do an exceptional job of bringing new faces to GoW....we will offer, custom av's /special award titles, and merit promotions.

make sure you PM me a list of all those who you bring to Tru Calling for GoW so that i know who gets the credit. Now that we are in new place where the technical problems are at a mimimum and staff is of a higher level of maturity, i think that the game has already begun to blossom..........and its in large part due to the support and loyalty of members like you! '

AHBL: we are proving our dominance once more in the battle grounds........all MoE need to take a look in side to see what your dark brothers and sisters are doing........take strength and inspiration from that and launch your own battles........call out your foes. the more chaos and carnage..the more fun we have.


Training: Ikaris will be instituting a new kind of training (in addition to the training that Titania and I administer) in the tradition of "Shadow Games" and "Dark Phantasy". this new training RPG will be full of action, challenges and high stakes. it will test the competence, skill, bravery and team spirit of all MoE who become involved. more details will become available as the debut of this new training draws near. ALL memebers who are interested in this need to keep an eye out.

Latest News

With the success of the highly anticipated "Gods and Monsters" costume party, the official "reopening party" of Generations of War.....its pretty safe to assume that we are totally back in action, having settled into our permanent home in the vast "cosmos" of the net. :) The success and growth of GoW would NOT be possible were it not for the loyalty and support of the players/members of this game as well as the staff who stuck by the game through all the changes. You will ALL receive 500 bonus gil as another thank you for making GoW withstand its tests and trials as well as for making our Costume Party such a success. Thank you

As you may have noticed, Training sessions have been less frequent for the past few weeks.......this was due to the fact that there werent many ACTIVE members to pull on for a training session. REMEMBER, that in order to stay on the ACTIVE portion of the MoE roster, you must be present for at least two out of the (roughly) 4 monthly meetings in MoE AND the Staff/Trainers must see your presence in and around MoE as well as AHBL ...AND NOT just in social areas like XS and Blaze.

Training will began picking up as we now have more members to draw on.......and REMEMBER, its YOUR responsibility to check the "Training Cavern" thread which is located INSIDE Ungodly Counsel to see if new sessions have been started and IF you have been summoned. if you cant attend, PM the trainer who summoned you A.S.A.P to let them know so they can remove you from the session.

REMINDER: all members moving up to Level 1, you are now elligible for your FIRST TAILSMAN. Read up on that reward in the "Demonic Rewards" program found inside Oracle's Lair and make your request in "The Infernal Keep", which is located in the Lair as well.


FEEDBACK?? what is your opinion of MoE at this time? are you enjoying yourself, do we offer enough incentives and activities? what about the whole of Generations of War? we have seen alot of changes over the past few months and the staff would like to hear your thoughts and feelings. please post freely but be respectful and mindful of other's (should you have any complaints).

there will be several appointments announced.....possibly later on in the course of this meeting OR afterward in the "Updates from limbo" thread....so stay tunned for that.

for those of you who were asking about the "attributes field" ....the space/length of the field has been increased by Tru Davies. it is recommened that you use abbreviations when at all possible to help conserve space. if MORE room is required still, please let me know and i will tell her.

Topics of discussion:

To begin with: ALL NEW MEMBERS are required to read the following threads : "Get Into the Groove" and "Guidebook for the Infernal Legions". these are very important information threads that provide a quick overview of the coven, how it works and what you need to do to get started on your way. we want ALL memebrs to feel they are useful and that they are able to join in the fun....and an informed memeber is an empowered member.


ALL new memebers need to post a NEW THREAD announcing themselves in the MoE so that we may properly welcome you... New members should COMPLETE their FIRST MoE Trainee Task by 2 weeks time. if not, a Dark Mastrix or Evil Incarnate will be contacting you via PM to remind you of this. This not only helps you get a feel for the game...but it allows you to shape your character with your imagination.....and its the ONLY way to start your promotion process.

EVERYONE needs to remember that all of our important information is kept in the Oracle's Lair. This includes our: Member Registry (Bios) , Member Roster, Darkhold (book of spells) , Demonic Rewards Programs (Tailsmans and Enchantments and how to get them), a copy of "Get into the Groove" and "Guidebook for the Infernal Legions" as well as the mysterious cavern known as The Infernal Keep.

Training: with the exception of MoE that are involved in "Eye of Fire" ALL OTHER MoE MUST remember that Training is a REQUIRED element if you wish to rise in the ranks of this game. Training comes in several methods, battle sessions, PMed trainee tasks and specialized training rpgs for advanced members. ALL Members need to make it their business to frequently check the "Training Cavern" thread which is located inside the Ungodly Counsel Forum. in the Training Cavern, you will see sessions being called..and members being summoned. ALL sessions of battle training take place in the Trials and Tribulations forum. Members have 24 hours AFTER the summons is made to report to their session......excessive tardies are penalized....as are NO-Shows.....three No-Shows results in DEMOTIONS and/or SUSPENSION. Promotions come with effort. Training , Participation in AHBL, good character presentation are all major factors.

ALL of this information is covered in our "Get into the Groove" and "Guidebook" threads....but with so many new members coming aboard..i felt it necessary to go over these things once more.

ON a lighter note, we are starting the process of updating the look of GoW. the Main GoW forum is getting an update with a new scheme, buttons and banner. AHBL , Blaze and MoE are also getting some updates as well. members from BOTH covens have been giving their suggestions and input which has been much appreciated. its good to see that you guys DO care a bout this game and what direction it goes in :)

Im looking for some new spells for the Darkhold......im also looking for some bold members ready to cause a stir in All hell breaks loose. if you have some spells that you wish to contribute, please submit them to me. ONE submission per person please.....so include ALL spells in ONE PM to send. if any among you that are level 2 or higher have a desire to cause some serious chaos in AHBL....please PM me as well. ;)


Feedback from the last meeting was quite positive...and since that time, we have continued to attract more members to the game. If any members have concerns or comments at this time....i would like you to voice them in this meeting so that we can discuss them and find solutions.

Welcome the New Members
we are seeing a surge of new members....let us make sure that we welcome them all and help them if they have any questions along the way.

Gil :
starting this meeting, every ACTIVE member of MoE will receieve 500 gil. this will happen at each meeting. members who slack off or drop off will not receive the gil in future meetings.



Intercoven Action

a new intercoven quest will begin soon. it is being helmed by Ikaris who is also behind the populare Eye of Fire Training RPG within MoE. It will be held in AHBL, this will be our chance to show the GoL what REAL team work is all about...as well as make them envious of our style and power :firedevil

make over:

with all the helpful ideas and suggestions that have been contributed by the members of GoW....and after having time to think things over, i am now going to begin submitting the changes propsed to Tru Davies and others that will be involved.....the make over will be gradual and take a few weeks....so please be patient as we take on our new look.

Masters of Evil Awards Ceremony:

we will be restructuring the presentation of our Awards Ceremony, which we hope to become a tradition in the MoE. there will be a voting ballot presented at some point...and all members will be able to copy and past it in a PM with their choices for all the categories. everyone is asked to participate to ensure a fair and varied result.

MoE Secret Santa

with the holiday season in full swing...theres no reason we cant take time out from crushing the guardians of light to share a little Xmas fun with each other. AmarisyFuller has come up with a great idea....one that will promote more closeness in the MoE family and hopefully will bring more business to the midnight plaza. check out her Information post in the "Express yourself" forum.

Deaths in AHBL:

Several members of MoE have fallen to the GoL due to the 24hr rule technicality......REMEMBER if you enter AHBL it is at YOUR OWN RISK...and if you cannot see a fight through....if you DONT want your character to risk getting killed...then WITHDRAW in a clearly definable exit. everone should watch out for each other when at all possible......team ups and tag teams can mean the difference between victory against a powerful or annoying foe or death.

MoE is booming....we are getting so many new members...and id like to make sure that we do our best to make them feel welcomed. with our new Dark Elder and Dark Mastrix......the members will now have other friendly faces to turn to when Dire Wraiths and Evil Incarnates and Enchantrah our chief Mastrix are not available. I would like to know is there anything else that we can do to make MoE more "user friendly" and easy to understand?

let me know if we need to reorganize, change threads or whatever and be specific..but dont make unreasonable or unrealistic requests.....remember that we ALL have lives offline and may not be on as often as others would like...but things will get done as soon as possible.

Announcements:

We have two new additions that are about to debut in our cutting edge midnight plaza. Corridors of Time, hosted by Storm, a mysterious boutique in which rare castoff items with hidden value can be found among other things and Atlas Tavern, hosted by Desire. a restaurant which will feature culinary delights for every taste......as well as some edible bonuses.

also in the works exclusively for Midnight Plaza, a beauty salon where members will be able to not only pamper themselves and restore their heath...but even alter their looks!


the "Shopping Season" for MoE is officially under way, make sure if you are participating in the Secret Santa that you put thought adn effort into buying the gift for your recipient. its another way we show that even beings of evil can get into the holiday spirit! ;)

FIRST off:.........MEETINGS are NOT meant for you to simply post congratulatory messages. this is a place to discuss MoE business. if you are going to post.....then it MUST be on the topics or announcments listed...NO EXCEPTIONS. you can INCLUDE a congratulatory message to the members promoted in your post ALONG with a substantial on topic comment.....but from NOW on..spammy posts or posts that only congratulate members promtoed will be DELETED at once.

Training-- Training has been a bit lax on the part of the staff.......due to staff changes and other behind the scenes difficulties but that is about to change......I will be reinstating the regular and REQUIRED training sessions....and ALL members are REQUIRED to avail themselves when summoned. Tolerance for no shows and tardies will be NON EXISTENT. I have noticed that members are NOT making the effort to check the Training Cavern in the Ungodly Counsel to see if they have been summoned......if you fail to check and are a no show......i will NOT consider any excuse you offer after you have b een penalize. you either get with the prgram......or you find yourself passed over for promotion, deduction of Gil, demotion or SUSPENSION. My tolerance for lazy, un motivated members is non existent.

IF you have mitigating circumstances that prevent you from attending a training session.....you MUST PM your trainer (the person who posts the summons in the Ungodly Counsel) A.S.A.P......reasons considered to be trivial will NOT be considered/


AHBL-- the winds of change are blowing........the GoL are on the verge of marshalling their forces and striking back with a vengeance for what they perceive as "a constant mistreatement by the MoE". we have seen the glimmer of their "ray of light" in the form of WhiteStar......a new and POWERFUL member who is not to be taken lightly. I have repeatedly warned the staff and members of MoE NOT to rest on their laurels DESPITE the dark grip we have maintained over AHBL. In the face of the recent events in the "Chaotic Feedback" battle..i trust you now realize that my words were NOT typed in vain.

on guard and aware--we need to keep our selves alert....using the skills, powers, weapons, spells and accessories available to each of us. we have MUCH in the way of an aresnal...both as individuals and as a collective......keep that in mind. AGAIN, members are urged to travel in groups to the battles in AHBL........play off each others varied skills and create a multi front offensive......and now I am DEMANDING that ALL members start showing themselves in AHBL. have MANY members who are higher than level 2 that i have YET to see in AHBL. If we maintain a strong presence and use the skills and tactical savvy that i KNOW we have.......we can keep our hold firm. ALSO.....maintain the intimidation factor in Blaze....we have style..we have power.....lets ACT LIKE IT!

Members who I or other Dire Wraiths do NOT see making a showing in AHBL will find themselves losing gil, banned from XS or demoted. NO EXCEPTIONS...NO EXCUSES.....and this applies for level 2 ALL the way up to Dire Wraiths.

Obvservations and Assasinations--to help us maintain our alertness and tactical savvy...im will be restarting the "Personal Observations" thread in which members can note members of GoL, listing thier attributes, battle tactics and making personal comments on those that they list.....we will also be restarting the "hit list" a list of GoL members who have a bounty on their head......those of the MoE that succeed in KILLING the GoL on that list will receive accolades including: bonus gil, bonus tailsman/enchantments, midnight plaza gift certificates or a special award title.
