Alpha Dog: I actually didn't think it would be very good, but it actually was. And what makes it even more disturbing is the fact that it's all based on a true event that happened less than ten years ago. In all honesty, I wanted to watch it to see how horribly Justin Timberlake was, but he was really good! Anyway, overall, good movie.

The Hitcher: Not so much scary as it was suspenseful. I really enjoyed it. It's gorey at parts, if that floats you boat, but overall a really good movie. I wasn't disappointed in it. Plus, Sean Bean is in it looking damn fine all psychotic and what not. lol. And the lead 'victim' actor (whom I never heard of) is really HOT! I forget his name, but that's insentive enough to watch ladies. lol

Like Sam, I too saw Alpha Dog. I was really surprised by JT's acting and the overall plot. Its not one of those 'happy ending' films but I loved the plot and the acting. This was a deep film. I really enjoyed it immensely.

I saw Derailed today and I gotta say I wasn't thrilled. I sat there thinking 'okay, when is this film gonna get better' I just didn't enjoy it. I won't give anything away but when 'bad things' happened I thought 'haha, karma's a bitch baby!'

I also saw Paparazzi, which I LOVED! This move kicked ass. I'm going to buy it.

I Shot Andy Warhol - I knew I'd like it and I did. I love Lili Taylor and I'm really interested in Valerie Solanas so, and yeah, good movie..

I saw Donnie Brasco a few days ago, strong performance of both Johnny Depp, Al Pacino and Anne Heche. Maybe a little too much :blah: for my taste, but all in all a well made gangster movie.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
Hm, wasn't great, and I had expected way more pirate Keira hotness. She wasn't really a pirate in this movie, err, and she was too clean... Hrm...

Watched Naruto The Movie, not exactly great, kinda bad actually, it had ninja's so that made it a little better.

Also watched Ninja Scroll, Now that was a good movie, with Ninja's too (duh) much better, much darker, than the Naruto movie. I liked the story and Jubei is one bad mofo.

I have been watching Darren Aronofsky's "The Fountain" with Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz for the last three days. It is one of the best movies I have ever seen (second only to 300.) It's one of those movies that truly does have a little something for everyone as it draws from the genres of Romance, Fantasy, Science Fiction and even a little Action.

Well everyone at the Toronto Film Festival that day were critics and everyone knows that critics suck and do not have the mental capacity to understand a movie that is this complex. Which is why I always refuse to listen to anything a critic has to say because they are only reviewing movies for the vast amounts of cash they recieve every time they give it a bad rating and they are stupid...especially Peter Travers of the Rolling Stone Magazine.

The Hitcher - I LOVED this movie! Its another remake, but I haven't seen the original. This movie is very suspenseful, I kept jumping in my seat lol. Its a bit gory in parts but that's to be expected. A little predictable but I enjoyed it, especially the end. The lead female role turns into a bad ass at the end, a fact I loved.

Pan's labyrinth - I didn't know this film was going to be in Spanish lol. I felt as though I was missing parts of the movie by reading. Some parts of this film were unique but in the end I was left disappointed. I expected this film to be so much more. I was surprised by one of the scenes in this film was slightly gory. I wasn't thrilled with this film though.

The Breed - I liked this film! A bit gory but hey I'm such a horror whore lol. Some parts were far fetched but overall it was unique. It reminded me of Kujo in parts as far as killer dogs lol. Not bad though plus it had Michelle Rodriguez (sp) in this, so it wasn't bad.

Shrek 3-not as great as the others but was still good for kids and I suppose that what matters. Not me..I don't waaahhhh!

Big bad Wolf - LOL! Oh my God this horror film is BAD and cheesy! A werewolf raping women, castrating men, and bad acting. Oooh did I mention the werewolf talks? LOL! I was entertained by that, very lame. But I did jump at a couple of parts. Its a typical horror film with teenagers / college kids having sex, dumb characters, and the badass character who doesn't take shit lol.

Music & Lyrics - It bored the hell out of me! I didn't feel the chemistry was there between Grant and Barrymore. I was disappointed with this film.

Jawbreaker: I adore this movie. :D Rose McGowan just rocks at being a bitch, and the lines throughout it are so classic. One of my favorite teen flick.

I love high school movies that are black comedies, mhm..

I just rewatched Cube, had seen it twice before and remember that I loved it, didnät think it was that great this time though, hm..

Always liked Cube. A good example of what an indie film can accomplish with a limited budget. :)

The last movie I saw was Pirates 3. Pretty much a letdown - just another watered-down version of the original one. And looooooooong for a popcorn movie. Meh.

Aquamarine. It was actually a really cute movie. I watched it with my sister a couple nights ago. It's more of a kid movie, so i'd recommend it for the tweens.
