<< In the Parthenon, on the floor that housed Blaze Victory's apartment, a mini-reunion was happening. Morgan Victoria (with her two pets in tow) had just revealed herself to her sister and her mother, along with Michael and soon, they were joined by Nicolas, Cass and Ava.>>

<< On the roof of the Parthenon, Sharon was inside of the large, well designed, circular aviary that housed her beautiful gryfalcons, Artemis and Antiope, caring for them and singing to them. She had planned to spend some time with Alycia this evening, but an urgent call from Haleigh asked her to delay departing until they could speak.>>

<< Speaking of Haleigh, she and Cameron were in her apartment, discussing the emerging issue they were now facing as a strange report about the mass disappearence of children over in Europe came across via Clandestine Inc. Could this have ANYTHING to do with the apparition of Alexia Morgan that Cameron and Delilah saw?>>

<< Delilah was now in her apartment, in her bed with Andrew. She was unaware that Morgan Victoria had returned and while she thought she had numbed her pain with violence this evening, she would find that the pain was just a TASTE of what was to come.>>

<<ELSEWHERE , in Central Park, Maxim, B.K.A. BISHOP, in a rare moment of downtime from his usual activities, is alone in the breezy green space. His world had changed so much. He too was a casualty of the Blue Moon, but if he thought he'd put any distance between himself and that fateful event (or the people involved in it) he was mistaken.>>

<< Even though he was a normal baseline human, he was in fine physical condition, with keen senses. How could he trust them now when they were telling him something that simply wasn't true?>>

<< Further in the lush green space that is Central Park, he spots a young girl, playing another young girl(?) who has a very ethereal look about her. He wonders how these two little girls could be out here without adult supervision.>>

<< As he draws near, the little girl with dark brown hair was laughing as the ethereal girl entertained her by conducting ORBS of MAGICK around them both, making them turn into little shapes like dancing fairies.>>

<< Maxim sees the little girl with dark brown hair, almost like HIS, and then, she LOOKS at him! With eye contact He KNOWS it's HER...but she's impossibly older now, 7...maybe 8! HOW!?>>

<< He forgets himself as he exclaims in shock, and the ethereal girl takes a defensive posture toward him and gestures, and they VANISH in a flash of haunting light leaving him standing there struggling to understand what he'd just seen. >>

The Parthenon

:: Outside of the incredible amount of sexual tension between them and a little suggestive back and forth, they were actually doing it. Haleigh and Cameron were having a normal conversation. That was about the only bit of comfort that Cameron had after what he had seen Delilah go through tonight. ::

Haleigh: "We can't go to Alison. She is inconsolable on the topic of Delilah. But there is someone ELSE we need to involve if this really IS Alexia. I can't BELIEVE I'm saying this shit, but we should contact Bishop."

:: Cameron nodded. ::

"It's not crazy..I was thinking the same thing. Especially if who we saw really is Alexia..there is no way she isn't going to be tracking down her father...and with the way things are as of lately..Delilah is really leaving us no choice here. He's not as off the grid as he likes to think...you want to take point with that or should I?"

:: thinking ::

"Plus..I'm not even sure WHAT I saw..it didn't feel like an illusion and it didn't really feel like magick either. Seemed like something else altogether."

:: shaking his head. ::

"Word of Morgan's return is probably spreading fast..and I can sense a lot of people returning as we speak..but we can't really waste time. For now..just let the others enjoy their reunion. After what Delilah has said tonight..we need to make sure she is NOT coming back to The Parthenon any time soon. I could track her..piss her off and keep her occupied..or at the very least just cover her tracks while she rampages through the city. We might need another body..I hate to ask her especially after she has officially left the team..but Delilah trusts Sharon. We need to keep all the hands involved right now clean for as long as we can.."

:: Cameron was now standing on the edge of the sofa on one of the arms, a little dangerously close to Haleigh. He smiled. ::

"So..[russian accent] fearless leader. What's our first step?"

The Parthenon – Blaze’s Suite

:: Cass got out of the cab that had just pulled up in front of the Parthenon. It had been a long night and she just wanted to decompress from the emotions of the night. She grabbed the bag holding her scrubs and ID card, along with her purse, and headed into the hotel. She didn’t get far when her phone pinged with a text. Rummaging around in the plastic bag, she found her phone and checked it. It was a text from Blaze, asking to come to her suite – ASAP. ::

What now?

:: Stifling a groan, she headed to The Six’s personal elevator and swiped it with her card, bypassing all the other floors. The doors opened and she headed down the hall, stopping only to toss her belongings just inside her suite and locking it up again behind her. She hoped it would be a short visit; she was still reeling from the death of her childhood friend, as well as feeling shock over the gift Cece had given her. She couldn’t believe that Cece had kept her mama’s ring for her after all this time. It actually was the main reason why Cass had chosen the codename RUBY. Yes, she had a ruby pendant that protected her, and it, too, factored into choosing the codename but the memory of her mama’s ring was the MAIN factor. ::

:: After she had let it all out with regards to mourning both Cece AND her family, she solemnly went back to the nurses’ change room and dressed back into her dress and heels. She quickly wrote a letter of resignation – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY – and continued on back to the Parthenon with her personal belongings. Now she was standing in front of Blaze’s door. She smiled brightly and knocked. ::

“Blazing Hot Victory! I’m coming in!”

:: She turned the knob, let herself in, and found she was standing in the company of two felines, Karen, Blaze, Nicolas, and…MORGAN. ::

Well…this is awkward.

“Yeeeah…hey.”

:: She moved to a chair closest to her, and sat down. A look of confusion was on her face. She had made a note to try and declare a truce when Morgan came back, if she ever came back, after Cameron had showed her the Inferno and what had caused it to happen…but now that Morgan was in front of her, and with her bitch of a cat [Tink] in tow, she didn’t know what to say or what to do. She sighed audibly and looked at Morgan. ::

*awkwardly*: “So you’re back now? Welcome home.”

:: She smiled a bit when she looked down to see Her Royal Cuteness [the white kitten] rubbing against her foot. ::

Cameron: It's not crazy..I was thinking the same thing. Especially if who we saw really is Alexia..there is no way she isn't going to be tracking down her father...and with the way things are as of lately..Delilah is really leaving us no choice here. He's not as off the grid as he likes to think...you want to take point with that or should I?

"I'll do it. I've got a few bullets marked with his name, so it's time we had a face-to-face."

It was unclear from her tone if she was joking or not. Cameron continued on anyway as if she HAD been joking.

Cameron: Word of Morgan's return is probably spreading fast..and I can sense a lot of people returning as we speak..but we can't really waste time. For now..just let the others enjoy their reunion.

Haleigh nodded in agreement, relieved at just how easily they worked through things together. It was THIS ability they'd always had, to work together, that had brought them so close in the first place. Haleigh was glad to feel reconnected to him this way.

Cameron: After what Delilah has said tonight..we need to make sure she is NOT coming back to The Parthenon any time soon.

"I hate to burst your bubble, but I just pinged Delilah's cell, and she's definitely here."

Haleigh replied, as she looked directly across from her, at the wall. She changed her vision to X-Ray and looked through the layers until she found Delilah's suite.

"Yeah, she's in bed with someone. They appear to be..... cuddling."

She informed him, then promptly switched back to normal view. She shouldn't have used her abilities just now. She felt the pain spike and rubbed her eyes gently before looking back at Cameron, playing it smoothly. She didn't even seemed to be in pain.

Cameron: We might need another body..I hate to ask her especially after she has officially left the team..but Delilah trusts Sharon. We need to keep all the hands involved right now clean for as long as we can..

"Agreed. Sharon can be a great deal of help. She's invested in helping both Delilah AND the child, and she'll be able to relate to Delilah and reach out, one mother to another."

Cameron stood on the arm of the sofa and flashed her a smile. Haleigh paused for a second, enjoying that sight before returning his smile with an amused smirk as he accentedly asked what to do next. She sent Sharon an urgent message to wait for contact from Cameron, which would happen soon.

"YOU get in touch with Sharon, she is up on the roof tending to her gryfalcons. Tell her what's going on, see if she'll help. I'll drop in on Bishop and kick his ass-- I mean discuss the situation calmly with him. Using bullets as punctuation marks."

And the new voyeur queen is... :p
Central Park

Maxim felt the early morning light on his face, the crisp air in his nostrils. Eyes closed, his body moved through practiced movements, the Tai Chi centering him after a run through the park.

And he needed to be on his game, more than usual. Delilah was a problem: she hadn’t gone all the way to suicidal yet, but she was getting there. He better than anyone knew the signs, and while HE could handle it, could sustain it, he knew for a fact that she couldn’t. She would take more and more risks, chasing the escape from the pain, until she went too far, picked the wrong fight…

Which is why he had to be there when she did.

And that’s why he watched her, at the expense of everything else if need be. Because her so-called “friends” were doing a pretty shit ass job of it. He had expected them to be the support she needed, to help her go on, get her through this. But she was more alone than ever.

Despite the boy-toy.

When you first lose everything worth living for, you decide you aren’t afraid to die. Which is a lie you tell yourself. In reality, you want to live more than ever. You want to exterminate the fcuking bastards that took everything away from you, and everyone like them so what happened to you doesn’t happen to anyone else. It had happened to him twice; the difference was the second time, he was the fcuking bastard.

And Delilah still thinks she wants to die.

Which was a problem, but the bigger problem would come when she realized she was already dead. He needed to make sure it never came to that.

Finishing his movements, he opened his eyes and was about to drop down into pushups when his eyes caught motion. Close to the tree line he saw two young girls playing, alone. His head swiveled, looking for the parents. What kind of assholes let their children play alone in Central Fcuking Park?

Moving slowly closer, so as to not raise any alarm but also to put him in a position to intervene if necessary, he noticed something was…off…about the one girl. He couldn’t put his finger on it, but she didn’t look…right. And as he got nearer he could see that she was doing some sort of trick, some kind of illusion for her companion, a pretty dark haired child. And then, despite his mind’s best efforts to convince himself otherwise, he realized that it wasn’t an illusion.

He looked around again, first to see if anyone else was in the area to witness this and second to see if parents had arrived. It was incredibly STUPID of them to allow their child to show her powers out in the open like this where anyone could see…

Turning back he really noticed the other child for the first time. The girl was laughing – didn’t seem afraid of the other. She hopped and smiled, chasing the little creatures her friend was creating for her. He began to smile in spite of himself, watching her play. And then she saw him and stopped. Her blue eyes locking with his – eyes that he knew. Delilah’s eyes.

He staggered, a sharp pain in his chest. How could this be? He was certain it was her, but it was impossible. It just couldn’t be her. His child would only be months old, not years.

He opened his mouth to speak, but only a garbled expression of shock came out.

But the “magickal” child heard and saw him, then looked straight at him, her smile disappearing as she put herself between him and Alexia. And then with a flash they were gone.

In one swift motion he had the gun from the holster at his back. With trained movements he moved through the area, searching, scanning, but there was no sign of Alexia or her playmate.

“Let me guess. Delilah’s seen her too.”

He turned, putting the safety on and re-holstering his sidearm as he looked at Haleigh Davidoff standing before him. Didn’t want her getting an itchy trigger finger. From past encounters with her he knew she ran a bit jumpy.

The Parthenon

Delilah sat up straight in bed. She had been reliving her encounter with Alexia, watching her vanish over and over, in the few hours she had been asleep. She wiped her face with one hand, rubbed her eyes. She was so sure, even now, that it had been her. As much as she knew it didn’t make sense, couldn’t have been her. But it was. And there was nothing Delilah could think of to do about it.

She rested her arms on her bent knees. The Six were against her, mostly anyway. Alison would refuse to help her, she knew that for a FACT. If Alison wasn’t behind it all in the first place. Malice was the other obvious choice of culprit, but Cameron would have sensed her a mile away. Morgan was in Limbo, and she would give the same response as Alison, despite how much they OWED her. She didn’t think even Cameron could get them to agree to contact Ororo.

She had no idea what to do next. She couldn’t wrap her head around the whole thing. Was it just an image of her, wherever she was, projected to her because of their bond as mother and child? Had someone sent her the vision? To help or to toy with her? And if any of those things were true, why had Cameron been able to see her too?

She felt Andrew’s hand touch her back lightly.

She turned her head to see him looking at her, concerned, sitting up on his elbows.

Andrew: “Everything okay? You look pale…”

He sat up and felt her forehead for fever.

“I’m fine.”

She gave him a small smile and gently pulled his hand away from her face. She laid back down and turned onto her side, facing away from him.

He spoke slowly.

Andrew: “Blaze asked to speak to me yesterday. She asked how you were.”

“And what did you tell her?”

Her voice without emotion.

Andrew: “I told her you were absolutely ecstatic to have a hot piece like me on your arm.”

He could see her body shake as she laughed softly.

Andrew: “I also told her I wouldn’t spy for her. And I meant it. I’m on your side Delilah, no matter what it is.”

She paused for a moment before answering.

“I…I have a daughter.”

She turned onto her other side so she faced him.

“She’s…like us. Her power is harmful to me. Her father and Alison took her from me when she was born without telling me. I never even got to say goodbye…”

She took a shaky breath.

“The others just acted like I should be grateful. That’s why things are the way they are between me and the Six.”

He brushed a lock of hair out of her face.

Andrew: “What’s her name?”

Delilah smiled.

“Alexia. Her name is Alexia.”

He smiled back at her.

“There’s more. Last night, I saw her. And before I could reach her, she vanished. Cameron saw her too. She had grown…I know it sounds crazy…”

She remembered the face of the sweet child looking back at her.

Andrew: “Then we’ll do whatever we have to to get her back.”

Delilah shook her head.

“There’s nothing we can do…”

Andrew: “You forget, I am a fierce and very handsome mutant now. My powers are numerous and mighty.”

Delilah laughed out loud.

Andrew: “We’ll get her back. Yeah?”

She nodded. For the first time, she almost believed it.

The Parthenon - Rooftop

Haleigh: "I'll do it. I've got a few bullets marked with his name, so it's time we had a face-to-face."

:: Cameron laughed ::

"Well..let's hope it doesn't come to that."

Haleigh: "I hate to burst your bubble, but I just pinged Delilah's cell, and she's definitely here. Yeah, she's in bed with someone. They appear to be..... cuddling."

:: He cocked an eyebrow for a second. At the very least he was happy that this Andrew character was bringing her the kind of comfort that nobody else seemed to be able to. Still he was wary and protective of Delilah. ::

:: The two discussed bringing Sharon in to the fold. Thankfully Haleigh agreed. It was this type of easy and fluid communication that made Cameron and Haleigh so close before. They didn't step over each other's toes and they always found a compromise in a quick and settled manner. They made a decision and they went with it, knowing that even if it was wrong they had made the decision together and could stand the brunt of any backlash together. It reminded him of their time in The Citadle with the Ant Lions, where they first made their promise to look after each other. ::

Haleigh: "Agreed. Sharon can be a great deal of help. She's invested in helping both Delilah AND the child, and she'll be able to relate to Delilah and reach out, one mother to another. YOU get in touch with Sharon, she is up on the roof tending to her gryfalcons. Tell her what's going on, see if she'll help. I'll drop in on Bishop and kick his ass-- I mean discuss the situation calmly with him. Using bullets as punctuation marks."

"Never underestimate the power of a well placed exclamation point right?"

:: He stared at her for a moment..perhaps a little too long before rising from the couch and heading out the door. ::

"Let me know when you've wrangled Bishop..and we can meet you both wherever..and make sure you get a cleanup crew to this location..."

:: Cameron texted Haleigh quickly. ::

"It's not a pretty sight..The LAST thing we need is somebody to catch wind of our ex-cop friend turned vigilante."

:: He moved from Haleigh's penthouse, suddenly able to breathe a lot easier as he headed into the elevator and made his way to the roof of The Parthenon. He was greeted by Sharon who had been waiting for him. He walked over to her, squeezed her elbow and gave her a kiss on the cheek. ::

"You know..had I known how much "waste" these pets of yours create on a daily basis, I might have said NO to your aviary request..."

:: Smiling ::

"I wish I had more time for small talk..but we need to move. Haleigh and I..and more importantly DELILAH need your help..I was out with Delilah this evening when we were faced with Alexia..."

:: He watched her surprised reaction. ::

"I know..it doesn't make sense, but it was HER. She was older, but it was definitely her. She didn't seem to be in any kind of duress..but it has sent Delilah into a tailspin..and this time I worry it won't be one she can get out of..."

"With how things are with Alison...and the return of Morgan, she just isn't an option for help. Haleigh and I have decided to contact Bishop and yourself to help us with this situation. I understand that you are no longer a member of our roster..but this is a special situation..one that only CERTAIN people can be involved in...you delivered Alexia..and Delilah trusts you.. Sharon, we need your help."

Parthenon- Roof Top

:: Sharon tended to her gryfalcons, who were now happy and content while their mistress sang to them and they, in turn, softly vocalized in a sort of harmony::

:: Soon, she lulled them with her sonic abilities and cover and temp controls of the aviary::

:: He moved from Haleigh's penthouse, suddenly able to breathe a lot easier as he headed into the elevator and made his way to the roof of The Parthenon. He was greeted by Sharon who had been waiting for him. He walked over to her, squeezed her elbow and gave her a kiss on the cheek. ::

"You know..had I known how much "waste" these pets of yours create on a daily basis, I might have said NO to your aviary request..."

:: Smiling ::

:: Sharon lightly wrapped her arm around Cameron's waist as he greeted her::

This aviary has a state-of-the-art waste containment & disposal system.

:: Sharon said matter of factly::

And I know you have a fear of birds, but don't worry, I've made arrangements for them to be properly relocated since I've joined Oracle's team.

:: Cameron continued on to the reason for his visit. Delilah was in distress over a sighting of Alexia, who now presented as a little girl rather than an infant.::

:: Yes Cameron sounded a bit absurd, but where the Six were concerned, just about ANYTHING was possible.::

:: More to the point, Sharon knew what it was like to be seperated from her child, only to discover him in some new, impossible form::

:: Cameron asked for Sharon's help, for Delilah's sake. ::

Of course I'll help.

Now, let's go inside.

:: Knowing this could be the start of something that would have terrible emotional consequences for Delilah and the six, Sharon knew she should stay to help.::

:: After a few steps::

Morgan has returned? That's wonderful! I told Nicolas when we were at Melrose Place that she'd be back when the time was right! I look forward to seeing her.

:: Inside the building::

Cameron, you may not like it, but this could be a problem that REQUIRES the aid of Harbinger. The only reason we survived the Blue Moon was becaue we ALL did our parts. The same may hold true for whatever this is that's presenting itself now.

"It IS good to have her back..but considering the state Delilah is in and having just heard her blame the whole lot of magick users in the world for what happened..it's got me a little on edge..."

"I'm not unaware of that, Sharon..but it isn't necessary YET. I DO have my sister's best interests in mind as well..and if we can fix this without her assistance, I would prefer it..My sister has been through ENOUGH..Until I know for sure what we are dealing with..I can't contact her..not in good conscience."

"Haleigh is out rounding up Bishop. We will meet them once she gives me the word. I know you'd like to see Morgan now..and I would too..but for now, considering how sensitive this information is..I'd like to keep the rest of The Six out of it..again until it becomes necessary. That might piss a few people off..but at the moment, the less cooks in the kitchen the better. We don't want to run into ANOTHER situation like The Blue Moon..that won't happen on my watch. Not again."

"Now..let a guy escort you to Blaze's penthouse. We've got family to welcome back into the fold..."

Parthenon- Blaze's apartment

Emotions served to remind a person how rich life could be. Good OR bad, they reminded a person how alive they were! Such a moment was at hand for Blaze as she hugged her sister Morgan tightly and they swayed from side to side! No words, a few tears though, and unspoken yet understood emotion!

Soon, Morgan and her mother embraced as Blaze and Michael looked on with happiness but before long, Blaze practically leaped into a "group hug" with her sister and her adoptive mother, causing them all to stumble and fall on the plush carpeted floor. Michael couldnt help but laugh a bit, as Blaze was KNOWN for these kinds of "collisions".

After Mike helped everyone up, they eventually were seated in the step-down lounge area of Blaze's apartment and drinks began to flow as they chatted and enjoyed the moment of being reunited with Morgan.

Soon Cass arrived, and she seemed to revert to a bit of her former awkward wayaround Morgan.

"Oh come on Cassie! Remember, PROGRESS!"

Blaze had gotten up to approach Cass, and immediately pulled her along, practically PUSHING HER down into the lounge area!

"Sit down! Have a drink!"

"This is a wonderful thing! My sister is back!"

Nicolas and Ava arrived.

"Nic, Ava! C'mon in!!!"

She waves them over

"Look who's back!!!"

"And the babies too!!!"

Karen had already taken the liberty of providing Tinker and the kitten with some fresh, potent catnip, which was among the many items sold at Bell, Book and Candle

"More drinks?"

Blaze was already on her 3rd, and showed no sign of slowing down. The bar in her suite was BEYOND fully stocked, and it would get LOTS of use tonight!

"Oh this is just WONDERFUL! Sally's leaving the hospital, Morg is back...things are looking up and we deserve it after all that's happened lately!"

At this time, nothing could ruin this moment for Blaze. Karen and Morgan were now in the same space as her, and she had most of her Six Family here too.

As Ava and Nicolas gave their personal hellos to Morgan and then settled in to the lounge, Cameron with Sharon on his arm. Blaze was at the bar, opening some bottles as she heard them at the door.

"C'mon in!!! We're in the lounge!"

Something like this had happened in Morgan's apartment at Melrose Place too. It seemed like where ever Blaze went, a party would just erupt, and she liked it that way!

Blaze returned to the lounge, handing out fresh chilled flutes of champange and giving hugs and air kisses to those who'd just arrived after they'd greeted Morgan.

"Where's Haleigh??"

Morgan: OH, I saw her on the way up here << the sorceress replied quickly with a smile, wanting to avoid any possibility of revealing any details of her discussion with Haleigh, knowing Blaze would be the FIRST to ask what they talked about.>>

<< Was it the right thing to pull away from her sister and her mother for so long? There were plenty of reasons why she had to, but it NEVER felt like the right thing to do, and NOW? the sadness she felt at being away from her sister and mother was evaporating as the emotion of seeing them, HUGGING THEM BOTH again was all she could feel.>>

<< She exhaled slowly as tears fell from her icy violet eyes>>

Blaze...Mom!

<< She whispered softly as she hugged each of them tightly, before Blaze them ALL crashing down to the floor like bowling pins!>>

<< Morgan couldnt help but laugh, while Michael helped Karen up, then offered her a hand>>

Oh, Thanks.

<< She said with a lingering laugh as she brushed some of her blonde hair back >>

Blaze kept us all from swan diving into sea of emotion, as only she can!

<< Michael welcomed her back as well>>

You look good, Michael. I'm glad my mom has found happiness with you.

<< As they moved to the lounge and began to talk and drink, Cassandra Johnson arrived. Tinkerbell and the kitten both perked up at her arrival.>>

Hello, Cass.

<< Morgan said in that unique icy tone that she had>>

*awkwardly*: “So you’re back now? Welcome home.”

:: She smiled a bit when she looked down to see Her Royal Cuteness [the white kitten] rubbing against her foot. ::

Yes, I'm back. I hope that we can avoid making the mistake of wasting time and instead get to know each other better. Our beginning was rocky, but that was then, this is now.

<< Morgan said with a smile as she extended her hand to her teammate, while Blaze went to get more drinks and Karen gave Tink and the kitten some special treats. She sensed the awkwardness from Cass, but it didn't bother her. Cass was a bit of a shy violet by nature but Blaze and Cameron, along with her mom and Sharon, had done alot to help her come out of that shell. Morgan would show her that there was more to see and experience.>>

<< Nicolas and Ava arrived.>>

Nicolas!!

<< She held out her arms for him and as they embraced tightly, he practically envelops her before lifting her off the floor and then sharing a kiss with her in front of all of them. Morgan had a BRIEF moment of resistance but into the moment at hand and returned his affections without reservation.>>

Blaze: "Alright, hot boxes, BREAK IT UP! This is a reunion, not a scene from The young and the restless!"

<< She hugs her good friend, Ava.>>

It's so good to see you again, Ava! You look GREAT!

<< it wasn't long before Sharon and Cameron arrived!>>

<< Sharon and Morgan took each other's hands, before moving close to hug one another. This left Cameron.>>

And who is your friend, Sharon?

<< Morgan said as she eyed Cameron, pretending as if she didn't know who he was>>

He looks a bit SCRAWNY for your tastes, I think!

<< Winking as she jokes>>

oh LIGHTEN UP, Cameron, and give us a hug!

<< She laughs as she takes him in her arms. There was a time that something like this would have been UNHEARD OF! Morgan expressing happiness at the sight of Cameron? Hugging him? Never in a million years! But since before the blue moon, the signs of progress and change in their dynamic were evident and they had seen each other at least ONCE during her time away, THAT conversation had been kept secret between them all this time.>>

<< After she and Cameron pull away from each other, she takes a flute of champange from Blaze>>

This is like a dream...it feels so good to be back on earth and to see all of you again.

<< There were two who were noticeably absent. Alison and Delilah. Alison would be easy enough to reach, Delilah, not so much...ironic, considering Delilah was in the same building as Morgan now, just a few floors down, while Alison was on the other side of the world.>>
And everyone looks like they're enjoying themselves in the Parthenon. I must admit, this IS a nice place. the renovations and additions are stunning.

Too bad I won't be living here with you.

Blaze: "There's a floor and suite for you too, you know!"

<< Morgan looked away. Her cheerful face was now a bit more serious. Curiously, she didn't answer Blaze's remark about HER living here as well.>>

Blaze: "Morg?"

...
Oh, sorry, I was just thinking about Melrose Place

Sharon: No need to worry, Nicolas and I checked on the property and everything's in order.

Thank you, Sharon, Both of you!

I'll need to decide what I'm going to do with it, since it seems like everyone has drifted back to the east coast.

<< Morgan looked among the group>>

I always knew we would...after all, this is where The Six was called into action! I just didn't imagine it would be so soon.

Cameron: Let me know when you've wrangled Bishop..and we can meet you both wherever..and make sure you get a cleanup crew to this location...It's not a pretty sight..The LAST thing we need is somebody to catch wind of our ex-cop friend turned vigilante.

"INDEED."

She replied gravely, seeing him to the door. As soon as he was on the other side of it, she leaned back against the closed door, closing her eyes and touching her brow. The pain was getting quite severe now, as Haleigh worried about what this meant for Delilah. Things were going to get a lot worse before they got any where near better. She sank slowly to the hardwood floor, finally relaxing and allowing the blackout to take over.

She approached the boy without feeling, alone with him now. He was strapped down as a precaution. What she was about to do was invasive and could be painful if he fought her. Painful for him, that is. She got a better look at him this time. His skin was pale and clammy, but other than that, he was a good looking boy. A strapping farm boy with dark hair and kind eyes. She wondered if he had a nice smile or a good laugh. Then she remembered she didn't care.

Patrick: What's going on? They said I was going to be a soldier, not a lab rat.....

She pulled a chair around to the top of the exam table, ignoring his questions. She'd told the doctors she would break his mind and prime him for the full transition into the Super Soldier program..... and she WOULD.... but not before she completed her personal objective.

She sat down behind his head, placing her hands on either side of his face. The dark room became slightly brighter, as a white halo forms above her head. She delves into his mind with ease, he is young and malleable. She filtered past his current fears and motivations, looking through his recent memories. Looking for Scion.

And once she opened that box, the thoughts and memories poured out. She got a look at her seventeen year old daughter, and it was more revealing than removed, wide lens candid photos and second hand reports. It was an unguarded view of her, and she was playful and gave her bright smiles freely. She was clever and happy, unbridled and unburdened. Young and full of light..... life had not hurt her yet.

But underneath, Malice could see... in the gleam of Scion's eyes, a sense of mischief.... a love of violence.... a manipulative streak. Diana could see the glints of her own personality in the young girl, shining through like the reflection of light sparkling from a diamond when it hits just right.

"Christopher..... you're going to pay for this. You're going to rue the day you created this child."

************************

The cold shock of reality returning. Haleigh felt like vomiting, and she was dizzy and surged with anger. Malice was always trying to get a rise out of Haleigh and planting these memories.... at first scaring her with the possibility of having a child somewhere out in the world, then making it look like Haleigh was some kind of unholy experimental spawn, was a cruel and unusual tactic, but not one that was surprising, coming from MALICE.

This latest vision, however, was a haymaker of a sucker punch. Not only did it draw disturbing parallels between Haleigh's darkness and Diana's psychosis, but it delivered a crippling threat. Diana would lobotomize the man Haleigh loved to simply learn more about her. Having just found out from Dominique that Diana was basically hoarding Intel on Haleigh most recently, a new concern hit the hybrid. What if Malice captured Zach for her research-- what if she recaptured CAMERON?

For the first time in a long time, she felt fear. If Diana took Zach, he'd surely suffer. She'd filet his brain. If Diana took Cameron, he'd come unhinged. She didn't think she could survive his next funeral. Even IF he managed to escape Diana's clutches, she knew she'd lose him to this revelation. She couldn't stop her hands from shaking. She'd join Hellfire before she EVER let Diana hurt Cameron again. She sell her soul to Malice before she let one of her friends suffer at the hands of the woman who might be her mother.

That was when Haleigh realized that Diana's plan was starting to work.

Now she had to go seek out Bishop, whom she absolutely despised, and not only avoid MURDERING him, but get him to help her with Delilah and the whole Alexia thing. She pulled her jacket back on, holstered her weapon, and disappeared.

When she reappeared she was in thick cover, in a private 'lovers corner' in the gardens of central park. She could see Bishop about a hundred feet away, doing what looked like yoga in a grassy clearing.

oh THIS motherfuccker......

She thought sourly, as she moved closer. She saw him notice something, and then watched him move closer.

He looks like a fuccking creeper......

But then she realized what he was looking at. Two little girls, playing on their own. Bishop was visibly shaken by the sight, and then suddenly, the girls disappeared.

Bishop: Let me guess. Delilah’s seen her too.

"Yes, and after everything YOU put her through, she's not handling this very well. I hope you realize that EVERYTHING that's happening to Delilah is YOUR FUCCKING FAULT. I could KILL you for doing this to her. How could you BE so irresponsible?"

I love that line where she says that Diana's plan is starting to work :)
As he approached the city, it hit him like a ton of bricks. SHE was there.

Sure, she was psi-screened, but the mental intimacy they shared made it possible to know when she was around, made him able to search her out by that impression alone. As Sharon alighted on the roof of the Parthenon, Nicolas teleported right out of the sky....

...and into his apartment, where he changed quickly, shedding the dust of a continent in a hastily arranged shower. Favorite Morgan scent applied, he teleported to Blaze's door, finding Ava about to enter. H eplaced a reassuring hand on her shoulder, giving her a squeeze.

Hey Ava. Beautiful as always.

Nicolas opened the door for them both and were immediately urged in by what sounded like a 3-drink Blaze. This was going to be a good night. And then it happened.

And what is a reunion without a kiss? Don't tell me you are jealous hot lips?! Here!

Nicolas teleports by Blaze at the bar and suspends the bottles in the air as he hugs and spins Blaze in turn, replacing the prolonged kiss he shared with Morgan with a series of zrbts on the pretty mutant's neck before leaving her to her bartending, taking his place back with Morgan, his body shaking with laughter.

And it was a party, just like that. Morgan made a vague attempt to dodge an assumption that she would stay at the Parthenon, but he did not miss it. But now was not the time to speak of it, and so he let it drop. Besides when your girl has been off-world, you kinda could care less where ON the planet she stays, as long as it ON the goddamn planet.

No problem, Morgan. And New York seems to call to us one way or another. I guess we are stuck with it. In the meantime, there is no rush to part with the property. The upkeep is actually rather low.

Nicolas grabbed his drink from Blaze and relaxed...

He looked at Haleigh as if she was crazy. Which, let’s face it, she probably was.

“Of COURSE I realize that everything is my fault. But irresponsible?”

He shook his head.

“Irresponsible is leaving your team mate to fend for herself, letting a mother who’s just lost her child be battered and attacked by the people she called friend. I left her with the Six so they could protect her, support her, see her through, and they turned their backs on her and now they wonder why she’s like this?”

He laughed.

“Typical Six. You always did expect her to be perfect, to just”

He waved his hand in the air.

“Always go along with whatever the rest of you did, whether she agreed or not. No, she wasn’t allowed to have feelings. How dare she not just smile and say thank you.”

He pointed at Haleigh.

“I made the decision that had to be made. You know very well Delilah would NEVER have accepted being separated from Alexia, no matter what that meant. She would NEVER have allowed us to keep them apart. I went into this with open eyes, knowing full well Delilah would never forgive me, to SAVE her. You don’t have to convince me that I’m a monster, Haleigh, I’ve known it all along. But don’t come at me just because you feel guilty that you weren’t there. YOU dropped the ball, Black Widow. You and your goddamn team of self-centered children.”

He crossed his well-muscled arms over his chest.

“Oh and any time you want a go? I’ll be there. In the meantime, did you come here for an actual reason or just to ruin my day?”

The Parthenon – Blaze’s Suite

Blaze said:
"Oh come on Cassie! Remember, PROGRESS!"

:: Cass smiled a bit as she was literally DRAGGED into the lounge area by Blaze and was given a drink, which she placed on the table beside her. Blaze seemed to think she was feeling awkward because of Morgan, but she was feeling awkward because she yelled out her special nickname for Blaze in front of her mother and sister. :p She wasn’t into drinking, and by the excitement of Blaze, she could see it was going to be a LONG night. She didn’t know if she could even keep up the façade of somebody having fun. Her visit with Cece, and Cece’s subsequent death, were taxing and she just wanted to go to bed and finish her mourning there. ::

Morgan said:
”Hello, Cass. Yes, I'm back. I hope that we can avoid making the mistake of wasting time and instead get to know each other better. Our beginning was rocky, but that was then, this is now.”

:: Cass couldn’t be more shocked if a congregation of alligators suddenly appeared in Blaze’s suite. Morgan’s tone was icy, but then, it was ALWAYS icy. She stared at Morgan’s outstretched hand for a few seconds as if she was wondering what it was before tentatively taking it with her own. ::

Wait…WHAT?!

*taken aback*: “Yes…yes, I would like that as well. Thank you!”

:: She smiled back at the sorceress as she let go of Morgan’s hand. She wasn’t sure what was going on. Usually their interactions were chilly and, well, BITCHY. Cass decided not to dwell on it and chalked it up to maybe Nicolas, or even Blaze herself, filling her in on how Cass was slowly fitting in with the Six. ::

:: She smiled at the two felines clamouring for the attention of “Grandma” as they were happy with their special treats and then laughed as Nicolas rushed in and barrelled towards Morgan as if nobody else counted, which, in his case was probably true. Ava was right behind him. Everybody had a good laugh at Nicolas' antics and then Cameron and Sharon entered the suite. Morgan gave Sharon a hug and then joked around with Cameron for a bit. ::

Morgan said:
This is like a dream...it feels so good to be back on earth and to see all of you again. And everyone looks like they're enjoying themselves in the Parthenon. I must admit, this IS a nice place. The renovations and additions are stunning.

Blaze said:
"There's a floor and suite for you too, you know!"

:: Cass was puzzled when Morgan turned her face away. Blaze apparently was as well. ::

Blaze: ”Morg?”

Morgan: ”Oh, sorry, I was just thinking about Melrose Place.”

Sharon: “No need to worry; Nicolas and I checked on the property and everything's in order.”

Morgan: ”Thank you, Sharon; both of you! I'll need to decide what I'm going to do with it, since it seems like everyone has drifted back to the east coast. I always knew we would...after all; this is where The Six was called into action! I just didn't imagine it would be so soon.”

:: Cass took the flute of champagne from the table and drank it down in one gulp. There it was, though Cass wasn’t surprised by the news. It seemed as if both Blaze and Cameron were preparing her for the eventual move to New York City when they were all talking in Cameron’s suite shortly after her and Cameron’s rescue from the Purifiers. ::

I suppose I’ll have to make a few trips back to L.A. to sort out my place and After Dark.

:: She smiled a bit as she thought about her next move...both physically AND mentally. ::

As much as Bryan LOVES driving Black Beauty around town, I’m bringing her back with me!

:: She started to get excited about the thought of driving cross-country in her car, Black Beauty. It would be one hell of an adventure. She got up and headed for Sharon. She hadn’t seen much of her lately and Cass had missed her. ::

“Hey Sharon.”

:: Cass said as she came up beside her. She wanted to give her a hug, but Sharon always seemed a bit…put off by public displays of affection; especially if they were unexpected. Cass already knew that she [Cass] wasn’t in the right mood for a party, especially one as celebratory as the one that Blaze had put together spontaneously, but she would make the rounds, visiting and talking with the others before she took her leave. She didn’t want to bring the entire party down with her feelings of grief and sorrow. ::

After the taxing session she just had with Karen, all Ava wanted to do was curl up beside the fire and mindlessly watch daytime television. Although her raging emotions were being kept at bay by the beautiful topaz ring that she was now sporting on her ring finger, she was still mentally exhausted by everything that had transpired. However Blaze had other ideas. Not even 15 minutes after getting home, she received a text from Blaze asking her to come to her suite. Ava texted her back that she wasn't feeling up to a get together, but Blaze eagerly insisted with 'Get your ass up here bitch, or i'll drag you here myself! Kisses!'.

Making her way to Blaze's suite, obviously something was going on because Nicolas had just arrived at the door as well.

Nicolas: "Hey Ava. Beautiful as always."

Giving him a small smile.

"Nicolas."

He opened the door for her and she entered. Immediately she saw Morgan. And Blaze's texts made sense now. Nicolas went over and affectionately greeted Morgan. Ava looked around seeing Blaze, Cass, and Karen. Her eyes met with Karen's for a lingering moment before looking back at Morgan who was now looking at her.

"Hey Morg."

Ava smiled softly as she went over to her old friend and gave her a welcoming hug.

Morgan: It's good to see you again Ava! You look great!

"You as well. It's good to see you back."

Cameron and Sharon then entered. Everyone was here except for Haleigh, and obviously Delilah. It was good to see Morgan, but damn...it was going to be a shit show once Delilah found out she was back. It took everything for her and Alison not to rip each others throats out. Add Morgan into the mix? It was going to be Inferno 2.0.

Taking a seat, Tink immediately jumped into Ava's lap, purring and nuzzling at her arm. Smiling, Tink was known for being very standoffish, however she and Ava had a nice bond. They could communicate via Ava's powers over animals, and she knew the little feline was happy to be back.

"Good to see you too, Tink."

Gently petting the cat, she curled up in Ava's lap and stayed put for the time being.

Bishop: Of COURSE I realize that everything is my fault. But irresponsible?

She stalked up to him, getting right in his face, because some shit just needed to be said and she wasn't going to even TRY to work with him before getting this all on the table.

"Yes, irre-fuccking-sponsible! YOU didn't Sheathe your sword that night you took her to your cabin, and now HERE we all are, dealing with your surprise gift. Or ARE we still PRETENDING you didn't take advantage of Delilah that night??"

Bishop: Irresponsible is leaving your team mate to fend for herself, letting a mother who’s just lost her child be battered and attacked by the people she called friend. Ileft her with the Six so they could protect her, support her, see her through, and they turned their backs on her and now they wonder why she’s like this?

"Oh motherfuccker, YOU are one to talk, like you haven't struck her like fuccking lightning and left her on fire every time you've come into her life. What did you think, you could just steal her baby and stash it in Limbo, out of sight, out of mind, and Delilah would just magically go back to the way she was before??"

Bishop: I made the decision that had to be made. You and your goddamn team of self-centered children.

"You took the EASY way out, you son of a bitch, and YOU LEFT HER TOO! And don't even think about using the cop out of 'Delilah pushed me away' because that's horseshit, she's pushing us away TOO but I'm not about to give up."

This guy was the absolute fuccking worst. Haleigh couldn't fathom why Delilah ever wasted her time. Everytime Haleigh was around him she felt like crushing him one bone at a time. He must have noticed her tightly balled fists, because his ego reared its ugly head again. This clown thought he stood a chance?

Bishop: Oh and any time you want a go? I’ll be there.

"I can hardly fuccking wait. If I wasn't dealing with the collosal clusterfucck you left me with, I'd say let's go right now. But we'll have to save it for later. TRY not to provoke me early, it'll be worth the wait!"

Bishop: In the meantime, did you come here for an actual reason or just to ruin my day?

"You want an actual reason? Delilah's on the verge of a psychotic break, your kid is appearing and disappearing seemingly without any parental supervision, and I'm getting reports of mass kidnappings in Europe. Take your pick, asshole, I wouldn't torture myself with your obvious personality disorder if I had ANY OTHER CHOICE. Are you gonna MAN UP and take some fuccking responsibility for your CHILD, or can I just kill you now?"

The Parthenon

Spellbinder said:
<< Sharon and Morgan took each other's hands, before moving close to hug one another. This left Cameron.>>

"And who is your friend, Sharon?"

<< Morgan said as she eyed Cameron, pretending as if she didn't know who he was>>

"He looks a bit SCRAWNY for your tastes, I think!"

<< Winking as she jokes>>

"From what I can remember..I suited her tastes just FINE!"

[laughing]

Spellbinder said:
"oh LIGHTEN UP, Cameron, and give us a hug!"

:: He gave Morgan a long hug and the irony was not lost on him. At one point in their relationship they had nearly ended the world. They had hated each other so much that they were willing to destroy everything around them in order to be right or feel vindicated. But time had shown them growth and maturity. Both were almost completely different people. The darkness they had within them was still there, they were just both incredibly good at controlling it now. It might have been surprising to some, but to them, their relationship had come full circle. There was a respect as founding members of The Six and a general regard that had once not been there. ::

:: Many began to pour glasses of champagne. Cameron refuted. ::

"Eh..I've had a little bit too much tonight. Delilah, Vivica, Cassandra and myself spent the night at McSorley's of all places..."

:: Others might have been scared to even mention Delilah's name in Morgan's presence, but Cameron was not one of those people. He knew that while it may make her uncomfortable, she wasn't about to pretend that Delilah didn't exist. That wouldn't help things...if she was going to be around The Six then she needed to deal with the fact that Delilah was a part of that..just as Delilah would need to come around to the fact that Alison and Morgan weren't going anywhere either. ::

"I think I inhaled sawdust!"

Spellbinder said:
<< There were two who were noticeably absent. Alison and Delilah. Alison would be easy enough to reach, Delilah, not so much...ironic, considering Delilah was in the same building as Morgan now, just a few floors down, while Alison was on the other side of the world.>>

"And everyone looks like they're enjoying themselves in the Parthenon. I must admit, this IS a nice place. the renovations and additions are stunning."

Blaze: "There's a floor and suite for you too, you know!"

<< Morgan looked away. Her cheerful face was now a bit more serious. Curiously, she didn't answer Blaze's remark about HER living here as well.>>

Blaze: "Morg?"

"Oh, sorry, I was just thinking about Melrose Place!"

Sharon: No need to worry, Nicolas and I checked on the property and everything's in order.

"Thank you, Sharon, Both of you!"

"I'll need to decide what I'm going to do with it, since it seems like everyone has drifted back to the east coast."

"Well..you'll have plenty of time to figure Melrose out while you settle back into The Parthenon... [deadpan] With your family! I bet it will feel great to only have Blaze a few doors down now instead of a WORLD AWAY!"

:: He smiled at her with the same kind of shit eating grin as The Cheshire Cat. Cameron knew Morgan was not planning on living at The Parthenon...and he didn't like it. He knew the others wouldn't like it either, even if they told her they did. So Cameron was essentially trying to force it out of her. ::

Spellbinder said:
<< Morgan looked among the group>>

"I always knew we would...after all, this is where The Six was called into action! I just didn't imagine it would be so soon."

:: Cameron smiled and laughed. ::

"Well..I'm an impatient man..and I couldn't wait to share what I had been working incredibly hard on with all of you. We're family..and we need to stick together..and now? We FINALLY have that place at The Parthenon. After feeling in transit for so long..we are ALL finally going to be back together again!"

:: He continued his sardonic smile as he glanced at Morgan giving her a look of "We will talk about this later." ::

:: Cameron was getting antsy..he was waiting for word on Haleigh and Bishop and so he did what any nosy empath would do..he cast a "mental net" out over the city until he picked up on Haleigh's emotional core, something he knew intimately. Once he had pin pointed her, he cast a pair of "astral eyes" over the situation, allowing him to both simultaneously watch the encounter between Haleigh and Bishop while maintaining focus with the others around him. ::

:: He walked over to Ava and sat down next to her and Tinkerbell. In the last year or so, the relationship between Ava and Cameron had completely revolutionized. They were closer than ever before. They were business partners and Cameron was proud to say..they were now..VERY good friends. This would come as a shock to Morgan. Even though the two had been friendly and Morgan may have watched through her scrying glass, she hadn't seen everything. He squeezed her hand and gave her a gentle kiss on the cheek. He was picking up some pretty heavy vibes from her, but then again he had been for months. It was almost something he was getting used to with Ava. He spoke softly to her. ::

"Hey A, Whaddya say? Holding up okay?"

Central Park

“That’s it, keep telling yourself it’s all been ME. I wouldn’t want any of you to take any responsibility for your actions. I mean, why start now?”

“I’M not what she needs right now, and I’m sure as hell not going to be a slap in the face reminder of everything that’s happened the way you lot have been. I’VE lost her, but you didn’t have to. All you people had to do was have her back for once in your lives. And you blew it. You fcuking blew it.”

“And for the record, I wouldn’t change a goddamn thing that brought that beautiful child into this world, so don’t you preach to ME about responsibility.”

Haleigh said:
"Oh motherfuccker, YOU are one to talk, like you haven't struck her like fuccking lightning and left her on fire every time you've come into her life. What did you think, you could just steal her baby and stash it in Limbo, out of sight, out of mind, and Delilah would just magically go back to the way she was before??"

“You can never go back. Not after something like that.”

Haleigh said:
"You took the EASY way out, you son of a bitch, and YOU LEFT HER TOO! And don't even think about using the cop out of 'Delilah pushed me away' because that's horseshit, she's pushing us away TOO but I'm not about to give up."

“You weren’t THERE. You missed the part where she nearly vaporized my head with a photon blast. She’s not going to kill you, Haleigh. But me? Hell, she’s already done it once. And you and I both know it’s easier the second time.”

“I did the only thing I could: I lost my family - AGAIN - in order to protect them. ‘Easy way out’? Sure, I could have kept Alexia with me. Until Delilah found us, which you know she would have. Hell, one of your telepaths probably would have helped her. Or until my daughter accidentally killed someone and I had to take her on the run? What kind of life would that have been for her? Hiding who she is? You think it was easy to destroy my entire life, and any hope I had of ever having one again? Sweetheart, there wasn’t a single easy thing about it.”

“I’m out there, I watch her, I make sure she’s safe. What do you do? Other than piss her off and make her feel WORSE about herself. Forcing some kind of bullshit down her throat. I am not what she needs right now, probably ever, but you need to realize you can’t force her to be 'better' or trust you all again. And maybe she shouldn’t. Did you even ask your teammates about that night? How they brought Delilah into a warzone without telling her?”

“All of it was for her. ALL OF IT. Delilah deserves the chance to one day have the only thing she has ever wanted in this entire world. The one thing being with the Six has denied her time and time again. She DESERVES it and you sure as hell know it and if you weren’t so bent on proving me wrong you’d admit it. Being a mutant has ruined Delilah’s life MORE than once and if her hating me means one day she will know her child and have something NORMAL in her life? Well then it will be worth it.”

Haleigh said:
“You want an actual reason? Delilah's on the verge of a psychotic break, your kid is appearing and disappearing seemingly without any parental supervision, and I'm getting reports of mass kidnappings in Europe. Take your pick, asshole, I wouldn't torture myself with your obvious personality disorder if I had ANY OTHER CHOICE. Are you gonna MAN UP and take some fuccking responsibility for your CHILD, or can I just kill you now?"

He smiled at her, with that long, cold stare of his.

“You know, back in the Marines, I once tortured a guy with a car battery. I attached wires to his most…sensitive areas. That is nothing compared to what I will do to anyone who hurts my child.”

“Seems to me, the first thing, is find out if my daughter is where she’s supposed to be. So how about we round up one of your witch friends and make a person-to-person to Ororo?"

Parthenon- Blaze's Penthouse

[Cameron asked Sharon to keep the details about this emerging crisis involving Delilah and Alexia quiet. He wasn't ready to involve the rest of the Six just yet. She nodded and agreed to keep it quiet, but she did feel it was a risky descision. It was not unlike Morgan's descision at the dawn of the Blue Moon not to tell Delilah about Alison's vision. Sharon had made it known early on that she AGREED with Morgan's descision, even if it was for slightly different reasons than everyone else. She hoped NOW that she'd be able to help Delilah more than she was able to during the Blue Moon.]

[ In Blaze's apartment, the scene was quite nice. It was a rare moment to see the Six in a place of happiness and now, Spellbinder was back! She knew Morgan was a woman of courage and conviction and she wouldn't be afraid to address the subject of Delilah when the time came, but for now there was no need to cast a cloud over this moment. Everyone BUT Cameron seemed to realize that.]

[ Her silver eyes fixed their gaze on to him as he began speaking, first about Delilah and THEN he seemed to be fixating on Morgan's curious AVOIDANCE of the subject of her moving into the Parthenon. Sharon noted the quick SPIKE in Cameron's heart beat and momentary quick breathing, things that ONLY she could hear due to her power. He KNEW something. That's why he was doing this. Cameron, despite his growth, could STILL provoke and agitate, and it didn't matter WHO it was, he'd try it anyway! He seemed to be behaving rather provocatively in general lately. Flushed with personal and professional success and most recently being caught in a COMPROMISING position with Haleigh. ]

[ But Spellbinder didn't seem fazed by Cameron's pot stirring and replied in a cool manner, leading everyone to think little of it and move on.]

[ Sharon stared at Cameron for a few moments, watching him as he went over to see Ava and Tinkerbell. Sharon was considering going to chat with Ava herself She finally blinked when Cassandra approached her and spoke]

[ The mutate looked down at her friend and "heard" the tell tale signs of sadness in her- her heart beat, her breathing and other micro expressions that most would not be able to detect. Something was troubling her.]

Hello, Cassandra.

[ Sharon said in a pleasant tone]

It's good to see you again, You're looking well.

[ Sharon hadn't seen or spoken to Cass personally since the Purifiers incident but her ordeal had been a source of dismay for Sharon. She was glad to see that she'd made a strong recovery]

This is a joyous occassion, the return of Morgan...but you appear to be quite preoccupied, sad even.

What's wrong?
