I was wondering, if we on earth were faced w/ a "Deep Impact" type scenario where a comet or meteorite was on a direct collision course w/ earth & impact & resulting decimation of life as we know it was imminent, how would you spend your last days?

Serious answers...nothing stupid like "having sex w/ my neighbors wife" or "be the biggest whore in town" LOL!

For me, I'd want to face the end back home w/ my loved ones. I'd just stop working & make my way home to be w/ my loved ones. I'd want to be together w/ them & my cats. When the end comes, i'd rather be among those who is taken quickly versus being half a world away to see the disaster unfold knowing that the resulting effects would claim me.

That's a toughie, i would probably breakdown or something. Try to spend time with my family, maybe try to do a few reckless things, so that i have less regrets when the end is upon me.

i'm saying! i would rather be among those taken quickly. i don't want to be among those watching it unfold, nor do i want to emerge from the rubble to find some savage, barbaric post apocolyptic world.

Amen and amen!

I'd try my hardest to spend time with my family and friends. I'd also want to spend time with a few people who have made an impact on me during ministry school I did back in 2006 [which would be no easy feat as they all live in different areas of the world but hey, at least I'd get to see the world before it's destroyed ;)]

I think if i knew the End or my end was coming i write, all those thoughts i never had the time, will or care to pay attention to, what I'm feeling as the final days near closer, what it really be like feeling death itself brush against me . . . I also be drunk up to my eyeballs too.

I'd want to spend every last moment with my family doing the things that make up happy. And if I had enough time prior to the end of the world, i'd want to travel around the world with my family to the places that i've want to see most.
