Pope Francis warns 'piecemeal' World War III has begun

The pope claims the spate of conflicts around the globe today were effectively a "piecemeal" Third World War.
There's been conflict across the middle east for quite a long time, but it does seem to be getting more extreme & w/ other big issues like Russia invading Ukraine & violating it's sovereignity by annexing Crimea, along w/ more countries across Europe, along w/ the US swinging further to the "right"...it does look & FEEL like we're on the dawn of something big & terrible.
