Here's to a day of fellowship with friends and family.

I am thankfull for a 4 day weekend :D, to be able to look back over the last year and see how far i've come in spite of all the loss and set backs, i am thankfull for this board and all my SG friends and family too :D i hope you all enjoy yourselves today!

Unfortunately I had to work today. :( And the rest of the holiday weekend. It blows but atleast i'm getting a fat check out of it! Bwhaha. I'm thankful for that! :D

And i'm actually trying my hand at making homemade stuffing....so THAT should be interesting. I'm not exactly a pro in the kitchen, but it's a Rachael Ray recipe so hopefully it turns out good. :p
 
Nope, apples! And it turned out great! Even a cooking disaster like me can make it, and that's saying something lol. Yay for Rachael Ray!
 
My mom makes stuffing with sausage AND apples in it, and it's the BOMB.COM! :D

I'd list my thankfuls but the post would be so damn long LOL.

But i AM thankful for my mom's stuffing. :D and her other cooking. ;) and my Cowboys WON like i knew they would! :D and of course the staple thankfuls, i.e. friends, family, good fortune, etcetera, etcetera :D
