weve some things to establish here before we announce them to members.

firstly, Sati, it is my pleasure to inform you that it has been decided that you would be appointed our newest Dire Wraith to join myself and Titania. Ikaris is on board as a coven leader now as well (we just havent figured out a new title...since he doesnt like EI lol)


Blacklight will join the staff as a trainer and will gain access to the war room.


all members returning to the coven will gain a promotion and those who are level two or higher will be able to receive tailsmans retro active UP TO their present level (so if a person gets to level 4 now they can get tailsmans for two and three as well as for) we will be giving tailsmans at every level promotion now to help compensate for the removal of the generic power table.

all members will receive 1000 bonus gil as a celebritory gift in the opening of The Rage of War.

there will be a cross coven grand opening party as well.

ALSO we will have two special guest stars joining MoE. Sam and Ally, the details of their return will be ironed out by myself personally. ill handle their acclimation into the new MoE.

after the celebrations have cooled...training must begin immediately along with an urging for members to get into AHBL and Winding Way.

Everything there sounds good. Sam and Ally, now THAT is something I did NOT expect to see. Should be interesting ;)

Just a thought, but was there mention of adding new talismans? I think I remember a while back seeing that someone already had new talisman PTs written. But not to worry, just thought I'd ask.

Nice work updating the old power tables ;)
 
I will move the new talismans to the war room after I finish up with the power tables. I know the thread is around here somewhere, lol.
 
Okay both things are done. The power tables are redone and the old thread removed and I moved the talisman thread into the war room.
 
ive edited the new tables where necessary and added those new tailsmans.

i think now if no one sees anything MORE we need to do, we can concentrate on preparing for the reopening party, getting the word out about the game being relaunched. Ive got someone working on a new b anner for AHBL, as well as a banner/header for the winding way sub forum. (if you guys have any questions about that let me know)

AND WhiteStar is working on the scheme/header for the Rage of War Main lobby.
 
Has the protection talisman been deleted? Zhane sent me a pm that the table wasn't listed any longer and I wasn't sure if it was done away with or simply forgotten with everything else going on.
 
im sure it was simply forgotten. if you have the table, post it here and ill add it in :)

we scrapped the general power table so that now everyone will have their species power table to work with. now all the character types go up to level 6. do we want to make an ELITE Level 7? where by the person gains phenomenal power to do pretty much whatever they want (which is usually limited by their creatiavity)?


IF so , i definately think they should have to face a Dire Wraith or Ikaris in combat before passing to that level.

what do you guys think?

also, assistants for MoE leaders....we have Blacklight on board as a trainer, i was also thinking about Rachel who is a leader over at X evo. shes a good rpger and i think she could definately help out in some way.
 
Level 7 sounds good to me, and they should be made aware of course that just because they are facing one of us in combat doesn't guarentee success.

Rachel would make a good choice, I believe. Who is she at X?

I dont have the protection table anywhere, since I had no talismans, I never saved the tables, lol.
 
When you mention facing us in combat, do you mean that they should be able to beat us at level 6 before passing to level 7, or just be able to satisfactorily hold their own? That idea sounds good to me though. *nods*

There are 2 Rachels at X-Evo actually. Farrah, which one were you thinking of…?

I may have the protection talisman in my temporary internet files, but at the moment I’m at college. I’ll check when I get home and let you know if I’ve got it.

ETA. How were the MOE awards coming along? It might be a thought to kick them into motion soon. If possible of course. If you got enough votes you could even have that as an in-coven re-opening bash.
 
yes i just found out there are now TWO Rachels on X evo, i just saw Andromeda , your cousin has joined and already she looks like shes going to add some spice to the mix , pheobe.


Rachel Summers/Phoenix 2 is the Rachel i was referring to, the same member of MoE who created our Salon, Mirror Mirror. She is one of the newly appointed leaders of Generation X (along with Andromeda/Rachel) She has alot of talent and ive worked with her on Marvel Boards as well. I think if shes given more room to work and more range, she would blossom here too.


and as for the passing from level 6 to level 7. the member should just be able to "hold their own" and demonstrate a creative , varied use of all their powers and skills. it should be treated as a "real life" simulation so as not to be taken lightly. with promotions, we definately should space them out though.....after giving this coven wide promotion, i dont see myself granting any MORE promotions for a while unless someone just comes along and blows us away with his/her skill :)


sati, if you do have the protection tailsman, that would be great......because i know i dont have it in my recods either :(
 
I've just checked, and unfortunately I don't :( This happened last time. The only threads temp internet files don't seem to store are moe threads :\ Strange. I don't think anyone actually chose the protection talisman though... except CJ...

Rachel (Summers) would do a remarkable job. She gets a thumbs up from me.

ETA. If in future you're looking for any more assistants, I think Epiphany would do a good job, IMO. He's a good roleplayer and from past experience he usually comes up with good ideas and stuff.... Plus, he's MoE loyal ;) Has been from day one.
 
I want to apologize to you Sati, I totally forgot to congratulate you on the promotion to Dire Wraith. Rude of me. Anyhow congratulations, you certainly deserve it. :)


Now off to the next subject in my rambling excuse for a brain. What does everyone think of using Dominion as the new Male title. I really detest Evil Incarnate, its so blah, not cha cha like Dire Wraith. All these angellic titles have been running through my head, imagine me the pagan, lol. Dominion seems to stick in my head the most often though as a title. If anyone has any other ideas please suggest them.
 
I have no objections to Dominion. But really, its your choice as to what title you take, since you are the one who's going to have to use it ;) Only thing I'll say is that I'm not 100% sure whether it fits in the context of the game, because Dominion is normally used as but one word in a sentence rather than a name like EI or DW. But as I say, I have no objections since you're the one who has to be happy with it.
 
Dominion is simple yet has an implication of evil and power, and definately masculine oriented. Since your our only senior male staff member, i definately want you to choose a title youll be happy with as well. i like it too :)
 
I think I will go with Dominion, it seems to call to me. Somebody got a new AV. I don't recognize it as Illyana, Farrah so is it the other Darkchylde? ;)
 
SHHHHH your not supposed to tell anyone! yes its the OTHER "Darkchylde" but shell do for Illyana :) she does have a more sultry appearenace but my last AV also featured a more sexy, grown up Illy ;)

we need to prepare for the cross coven re opening party and i need all the staff to be on hand for the first meeting.

ive already started spreading the word about the game while we wait for kris to do her board upgrades so ill need help with that as well.


also, welcome back Titania! she has returned to us :)

I am loving the new schemes and banners, especially the RoW. I can work on putting together a thread for the cross coven party if you want. I'll be free to do it after work. so it should be this afternoon. Greek style party?

Congrats to Sati on becoming a Wraith, I know you'll make a great one hun.

Congrats to Ikaris on becoming Dominion, and i really like that knew name. :)

Let me know if there's anything i can do to help. this crosscoven party sounds like it will be a hit! and HELL YEAH! Toga Partay! Lol. :p
