how come my clip didnt embed like you guys' did?
damn. that GH clip was very sad and haunting. I remember hearing about GH doing an HIV/AIDS storyline and breaking ground being the FIRST soap to do such a thing. at that time I've seen the show here and there through the years but I wasnt into GH so i never watched it regularly. they definately had accomplished a "first" in daytime w/this. this clip alone was very touching. now i know why Carly (Laura Wright) was referencing Robin's HIV when she went off on her in another clip I saw a while back.
I didnt realize GH had such depth with their characters. Those clips Vil posted were pretty cool, especially the first one w/ Brenda at the grave.
Do either of you guys remember when Richard Simmons was on GH?? I remember that but nobody i know seems to recall it. it was WAY back in the day. probably before Sam was even born so she might not remember either.
That OLTL was cute lol! reminds me of when Vicki Lawrence crashed the set of The bold and beautiful dressed like Darlene Conley/Sally Spectra....speaking of which:

Darlene Conley is one of my top fav daytime actresses. She passed in 2007

but her character, "Sally Spectra" is the first (and to date, only) soap character to be immortalized in Madame Tusseaud's (sp) House of Wax in L.A.
another clip featuing Darlene and my other top fav soap Actress, Susan Flannery on my fav soap- The bold and the beautiful. Sally Spectra & Stephanie Forrester grieve and are our outraged over Sally's daughter Macy's death and that BROOKE was more than a little responsible for it.
