Okay, I HAVE to bring this up because its getting to the point where i cant even enjoy the game MYSELF...and i dont want to end up resenting this game that i created...but i need some HELP people!

there are LOTS of daily things that need to be maintained...and i cant keep up....im still on vacation, and i have alot of personal things going on (as i know most of you do too) BUT we all need to be willing to take on a few tasks to help spread out the work load.

we have two dark mastrixs, a dark elder, and right now only ONE active Dire Wraith and One ACTIVE Evil Incarnate.

Ikaris has been kind enough to offer to help me as well and i really appreciate that.

here is what i would like to happen:

from now on, questions regarding training procedures, promotions, tailsmans and such that are NOT posed in the Crone's Cave need to be answered by the Dark Mastrixs and Dark Elder. you guys ALSO need to make sure that ALL new members upon arrival are completing their FIRST Trainee task within 2 weeks of their arrival. Sati and Trent...id like you two to watch over the Crone's Cave....ALL STAFF should be available to answer questions there....but as that was Titania's realm and she is not available right now....i need people who are knowledgable and active to keep an eye.

Brenthon, if you are not interested in being a trainer anymore, tell me because i need to find someone who is more readily available for it. But i WOULD like you to become responsible for updating and maintaining the Memeber Roster threads in BOTH the main forum and the Oracle's Lair. I'd ALSO like you make sure that meetings get posted in the Ungodly Counsel every sunday. Ill make sure the opening post is set up for you. YOU just have to make sure you get all the promotions (if any) that are listed for the meeting and add them in.

Ikaris...if you could help keeping clutter down, moving old threads that seem not to be active anymore into the demonic wasteland....and just making sure that members are spamming anywhere or anything like that. I know your still deciding on whether you want to become a trainer or not so let me know.

Tru Davies is working on getting it set up so that ALL MoE Staff can grant gil....this will make things HELLA easier for me too. I will continue to grant it now but i know ill forget and so one of you should be there to pick up where i leave off.

if you guys see anything that needs attending to and you can deal with it...then please do and just post about it in the "Mod action thread" inside this forum. I am not on as much as i used to be and i cant always know whats going on..........I want to be able to enjoy this game too..and lately i havent been able to because ive been too worried about its functions....so im asking everyone to pitch in please.

I checked out some of the trainiing threads and am willing to help out if you need me to. I would be happy to work with everyone as a trainer. I may be a little less polished than the rest of you but will try to get my things up to par. ;)

No problem in helping to control the clutter, grins evilly. Spam drives me nuts. Unless of course I am the one doing it. lol

and since youve seen how they go, im sure you can take it form there. just PM me if you have any questions......and dont be too hard on the newer members << takes whip away from Ike>> i know from PERSONAL experience how you get:rolleyes: lol

No problem Farrah, I'll keep an eye on the newbies for sure ;) As will Trent. The Crone's Cave won't be a problem either.

I'm sorry I haven't posted in here before now :$ I've just promoted to FGB guide, and I've had a lot to do over the last 24 hours. I'm back now though...

Being able to give out Gil would be good ;) It would be much simpler for me in the Dark Forge... as I won't have to wait for Ti to deduct the Gil for me.

It's okay, just say whatever needs to be done and we will get it done. I think for the most part that people just don't know exactly what they CAN do, and dont want to step on anybody's toes...

But I answered any questions I found in the Crone's Cave and just checking around for basic maintenence at the moment, so just let us know what needs to be done :)

I will try to keep the mayhem and destruction to a minimum. I promise. (Note the use of the word TRY);)
 
I've discussed things with Farrah and I think it's in my best interest right now to step down. It's nothing against anyone and I wasn't forced into it. I'm having a rough time at school right now and some problems at home as well....I'm also trying to get my own board going so time is a rare commodoty. I'll still be around, no worries you're not gonna get rid of me that eaisly ;)

I know about the stuff going on with you and I totally understand, I also know about the new board that will be blast and you better let me join soon :p

It sucks but I do understand. Take care of yourself and come back soon. You are going to be greatly missed.

I will also be starting the next new Training Tournaments after Melrose Ends.. it is just hard to find people who aren't in Eye of Fire and who don't called called to every single training tournament!

But none the less they will be starting, and I guess I will help take over Enchantments with Riana if nobody else is already helping her..
 
yes, lol, I beat ya. :D I can still do little things, and you can expect me back tuesday afternoon-evening... i will need a break for my cranium, which is bound to be pulsating by now. :p

Sati would you mind helping out in the Enchantments thread? I dont think there is much in there but I believe it is Riana' place and she is not here...

i DID discuss it with dan....and he's leaving on the best terms...but it still saddens me. he was with me when i first started Charmed:Generations back on CB....hell he was with me AFTER i left the ADA and original CB. while everyone else was screaming "Farrah is the devil!" he was still nice to me and helped to alleviate the stress that was started from all that drama on that wretched board. we've been friends for a while now...and not having him in this rpg will be kind of wierd for me. But on the other hand..Ikaris and DG returned AND i have all of you here with me...helping to make this game go so well. once the make over takes place (Tru Davies said she could start as soon as this weekend) i will feel even BETTER. im also looking into getting that "fade in and out" effect for the game that we had on WBD. Dan will be stepping down BUT he will continue to have access to the war room and such, he has contributed much to this game and will be a welcomed visitor in our midst..and when things change for him ..he may decide to return to the staff.



Meghan, anything that you see around that needs to be handled...go for it and just let me know about in the mod action thread. the only things that i prefer to handle myself are reall the meetings and Illustra. i CAN handle everything else around and have done so in the past (when sam, ally, inferno and rich were on staff) but it gets a bit overwhelming because i have other obligations and HATE to see the game fall behind in anyway.

basically

riana and brenthon handle enchantments, brenthon and i handle tailsmans; myself, titania, brenthon and ikaris handle member training; riana and i approve bio's , but if anyone else would like to help with that, please let me know; we all handle the crone's cave; sati , storm and enchantrah will work with newbies and make sure they do their first task in a timely manor as well as help them with anything they need....you three also monitor the parthenon open training. ikaris watches over the MoE forums and makes sure they stay uncluttered with old threads or spam.

im going to have it set up so that more of the staff have the ability to grant out gil. this will make it easier to keep members from going broke.

if any of you have any ideas you think would ADD to the MoE or GoW in general, by all means present them. most likely ill have YOU impliment them if we can use those ideas.
 
ive added some new spells to the darkhold, updated the Harpie character type power table to REMOVE the "Voodoo doll" form the Karma magick (level 3) .....Im sure Harmony will be glad about that :)

i also updated a few threads in Oracle's lair that featured some outdated information due to staff changes and such.

so for the moment....it looks like everything is caught up.

there is a surge of activity in the GoL forums.....i suspect they are probably planning something..............FINALLY they are going to try to get down and dirty with us :firedevil

itll make KILLING them that much more fun!

sorry im a lil late but yall know why lol, but i would be happy to do those as soon as i get back on sunday as ill be busy all day today and tomarrow and then that night im flying ugh but rest assured I will take care of those with Sati ;)
