Do you think the national lampoon films are funny?
If so,which ones get your ribs aching through laughing too much?
For me it has to be the vaccation ones.Especially the Christmas Vaccation film.(The scene when Chevy Chase gets on the shovel to use as a sledge up on that hill,and after greasing it down he sits on it and he shoots off with flames at his arse is a killer).
I physically hurt after watching that film:hehe2:

The last one was HORRENDOUS.. Las Vegas Vacation. I did not like the second as I was put off by the changing of the childrens ages, once I got past that it was acceptable. But the first is and will always be a classic. Christmas Vacation is not bad either.. I like the Rott humping his leg at the dinner table. That was that one right?

Yeah it was that one.
I agree that the kids changing between the first and second films was annoying.European Vacation was pretty good apart from that i feel.
Las Vegas was pretty naff.:heee:
 
Nope, but i keep hearing good things about the Christmas Vacation.. is that the John Hughes one? I dunno they've never done anything for me, and I've never given them much time of day once they annoyed me.
 
I liked the ones in the 80's THOSE were funny. The last one that I saw that was funny to me was National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1 in the early 90s....that one was hysterical to me...with the parodies of Sharon Stone/Basic Instinct being one of the memorable scenes.

They also send up Lethal Weapon as well.That was quiet funny.
 
The originals were really funny but anything recent they put out have been terrible.
