Dick Clark Dead -- Dies from massive heart attack at 82 | TMZ.com

awww

Dick Clark seemed immortal & gave us so much in modern television history including American Band Stand & New Years Rockin' Eve.

He was very endearing & comforting & had great screen presence.

[Screen Legend]

Seriously? Aww, I thought for sure he would still be rocking his new year's eve bash long after we were all gone. lol

That's just really too bad.

[Black King]

He was old but honestly he was one of those people you just thought would live forever

[Clara Oswald]

Really sad. It was really said watching his decline in health each year

[Karma]

He integrated American Bandstand & @ the time he did so, it was very controversial. He gave nation/global exposure to many artists from motown & elsewhere who might not have otherwise gotten a break.

Definitely a major force of change in television.

[Persephone]

Aww man, that's sad. I definitely agree with BK. He's one of those people you just don't picture dying. Like Betty White or Hugh Hefner.
