Dad at 13

That news story is freaky in the extreme. I can't imagine 13 and 15 year olds having kids
 
Jesus...that kid looks like he's eight years old. I know it happens, but I can't even imagine my 13 year old sister having sex and getting pregnant. They're kids. They're not even developed fully, physically or mentally, to even THINK about having sex let alone having a kid. *shakes head*
 
Wow, that's just a little creepy to me. He looks about eight and his girlfriend looks like she's eighteen (and she's not even hot! Ewwwwww). I never understood the appeal in having sex that young lol. Although, I had an old ex who lost her virginity (which I found disgusting). You're not even fully developed so how can you enjoy sex? lol.
 
when i was growing up there were kids i knew having sex as early as age 9. It seemed so absurd and yet these kids considered it a badge of honor.

i've heard of a young girl who became pregnant at age 8 after being sexually assaulted by her bastard of a father...so this story is not TERRIBLY outrageous to me. still, no 13 year old is ready to be a parent by ANY stretch of the imagination.

That's not that shocking. Little children are victims of rapists everyday. But what IS shocking to me are children becoming pregnant and keeping the baby! They haven't even fully grown into adulthood yet they expect to raise a baby? That's just insane!
 
We have a story in the UK where a 10 and 11 year old tortured and nearly killed (slashed, burned with cigs, and beaten with a brick) two other 10 and 11 year olds (I think) -- I think its time the world just woke up and seen what a messed up situation we've made of the younger generation.

I'm pretty sure this story is probably just because of a 'slow news day' and there's far worse things going on that is never reported.
