guys ill be leaving for new york tomarrow evening, so i may have net access or not, im not fully sure yet, but ill let yall know somehow ;) ill be back full swing monday evening ;)
 
Hope you enjoy your trip but why would anyone go to New York in duringthe coldest temps in 50 years? You must be mad, I would be planning to go to Hawaii again.
 
Haha b/c i want to visit my brother and well MLK weekend is the only time ill be able to spend enough time there lol, and i am so worried about the cold though i usually can stand it to major degrees
 
Oh Take it from a Cali boy.. New York is COOOOLLLLD!!! When I lived there two years ago, if it got below 60 I was freezing and when it frieken hit -10 degrees.. I thought I was going to get frost bite or something! SCARY! LOL! But enjoy your trip, none the less lol.
 
Keep complaining :p You think NY is cold? Try living in England ;) I can walk around in a cotton jacket, plenty warm enough when its 10 or 20 degrees fahrenheit. -10 degrees is coat weather for me ;)

Any response from the MoLs yet?

As for training sessions, is it okay if I extend mine a few days? I'd rather see a bit more participation from those who bothered to turn up

LOL, actually I am part English too, thefamily even had the ancestral manor thing going on so I am at least as crazy, though not aboutthe cold, yuk!

If participation is low, go ahead and extend your training a day or two extra, though I would bump up the reward gil you were handing out to those who have been participating the most.
 
I agree Sati, I've been watching the training sesions closely and I'm very disapointed at the people who didn't show or only posted very little, remember to deduct Gil for the Noshows (for us who can deduct) and I agree with Jay, I would give out more Gil to those who were very active :)

I wasn't sure about shyest but with most arrogant then I think it would work, excellent idea. How would we judge for best dancer though?

Well best dancer, just look at the moves a person makes in the clubs.. the other catagories speak for themselfs

We (though mostly her) are looking at category specific awards to present plus a gil award of 1500 and should they deserve it, a Hellfire invite. I am going to announce the awards ceremony at the meeting in a couple of minutes.

Sexiest Male --- Illustra voucher
Sexiest Female --- Illustra voucher
Best Fighter physical --- Dark Forge voucher
Best Fighter magical --- New talisman
Best Fighter overall --- Talisman and DF voucher? Enchantments?
Most promising --- New talisman? Promotion?
Best Training Session
Best Non Player Character --- I just realised I don't understand this award
Best use of Species
Best Trainer
Best Shop --- lots of money to the runner of the shop?
Best Dressed --- Illustra voucher

The NPC award would be given to the Guest Stars and is just a means of recognising the people who played them, like your buddy Gossamer/Riana.
 
Jay, why did you close my training? I do not feel fit to give a thourough critique yet, but its okay I can give one, ill get it done this evening so please allow me to give em ;)
 
Mine was closed today, maybe thats why? Because they've both been open a whole week, and normally they're only open for three days?

I had to give one off less posts than yours.
