Britney Spears is at it AGAIN! Taking over the TV world and the Internet with the debut of her lead single from her upcoming 8th Studio Album, out December 3rd, which will follow her residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas!

So, are you ready for Brit-Brit's comeback? Do you think her spot at Planet Hollywood will take us back to the days when Britney was TRULY at her finest? Ala Her Onyx Hotel Tour?

Or are you OVER Britney Spears? Wish she would go away!

At the very least... WHAT do you think of her new music video?

Lol, ah Brit. She'll never let me forget that when I first saw "Hit me baby one more time" I was certain (and loudly procclaimed) what a one-hit-wonder she was!

Good for her for sticking in though. She seems healthier and all that. The music to the new song isn't really my thing and feels a little... lacking? But I like it when we see her dance. :)
 
Agreed. I think the SONG itself is a little weak, but the GAYS are gonna eat it UP! lol.

And the one thing that bothers me is that Britney seems to sort of rely on this "pantomime" dancing. I mean I miss when she was doing KILLER routines and now almost ALL of it seems upper body... And the lack of close ups on her make me nervous lol.
 
Yeah, I've been thinking about that too. Her dancing is not really what it used to be... it's like a weaker version of it. Which is sad because she used to be really good!
 
I know right? I LONG for the days when Britney was just tearing the house DOWN ala "Slave 4 You".. She was HOT and her body was RIGHT! It's kind of like "Britney you aren't the best vocalist but we have ALWAYS loved to watch you perform...don't be slacking on the dancing now, get your ass to the studio!" lol.
 
the imagery is hot to me, but the production of the song is weak. Britney looks good! :nod: hard to believe it was 14 yrs ago she set the world on fire w/ "Baby one more time" as a naughty little school girl. i agree w/ you [MENTION=3]Havok[/MENTION] that Britney was in top form when she was working w/ the Neptunes or even on the album w/ "in the zone" , "breathe on me" & my favorite- TOXIC (written by Cathy Dennis, who also did the backing vocals :nod: )
 
I actually LOVED "Blackout" and "Circus" but "In the Zone" was the BEST by FAR.

I just want to see her get back to that level physically, because The Onyx Hotel DVD is one of my favorite live concert DVDs I've ever seen! So original and FUN and just ENTERTAINING, and that's what she WAS really good at... ENTERTAINING!

The remixes of this song are gonna be off the chain and all my gays on Facebook are eating it up! Even if they are totally being pandered to. lol.

Not my style of song...dancing below par...seems almost wrote for me.

And I am waiting for someone to call THAT mysogynistic. Because all I see is stripper and bondage imagery. The sharks are cool though.

And Britney is aging well...but that sound is a...YOUNGER person's sound IMO.
