I just started Birds of Prey Volume one to go with my reading of Robin and Batgirl. I gotta say I think atm BoP is my favorite of the three. I love Batgirl, Cass is great and I love her so much. Robin is fun, its a good steady series and even though Tim can be bland he holds a series well. Plus hehe Stephy!!! But Birds of Prey idk I'm really loving it. I love Oracle and Black Canary! I was not expecting to like BC/Dinah as much as I do. They are both awesome! They're one of my favorite friendships!

Has anyone else read this series? I think its really good. I'm up to the storyline where the villains are trying to hunt down Oracle. I'm not very far in.

I've read it! I love it too :D I won't spoil you but I've used it as inspiration for RPG storylines lol
 
Loved Birds of Prey though i still want to go back and read it from the beginning i got into it later in the run
 
I got into it later too, and I didn't have a problem going back and starting at 1 after. So you should. :)

An acquaintence of mine back in 1998 recommended BoP to me & it was one of the best suggestions a fellow comic reader ever gave me. Original Batgirl to Oracle was one of the best character overhauls in comics over the last 30 years imo.

BoP was one of the strongest "spinoffs" of the Batman U-verse in DC. I havent read BoP following the big overhaul in recent years but I'll get to it soon.
 
I read the current BoP and i thought it was good, seems exciting, i think i will continue reading this.
 
I havent read the New 52 BOP I'm very upset about Babs being Batgirl again and not Oracle.

As for the original BOP I'm still loving it lol and omg I am in love with Barbara/Dinah's friendship!! Seriously like the best friendship ever. I love them. I know I said it before but it just keeps getting better and better. I loved when they actually met face to face that was awesome and long awaited!! lmao I cant imagine having to wait like a year or two for that while they were actually coming out! And I loved Dinah and the Lazarus pit storyline! Was super excited for her to get her cry back!
 
I loved that storyline!! It was so good. This series should never have ended lol it is just perfect damn new 52 the new one sucks *cries*
