Heart Attack
When New 52 first launched a couple years back, there was only a brief mention of Donna Troy but then an editorial directive went out saying "all past Titans NEVER existed" so that wiped Donna Troy (Wonder Girl I/Troia) out of continuity. That deeply upset me & I refused to look @ the book.
However, I've recently allowed myself to check out "New 52" Teen Titans. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a writer from Marvel's Generation X was involved w/ the book & was responsible for one TT's most diverse rosters.
However, I'm not happy w/ the changes in Wonder Girl II (Cassie Sandsmark) & Raven is downright horrifying (in looks especially) as an emerging THREAT to a team she was once such an intregal part of for many of its incarnations. Kid Flash, Solstice & Bunker are well written, & even w/ the change to Solstice from her "pre new 52" debut" She's quite interesting.
I hate the way Starfire is being presented. Her costume is ridiculous & her demeanor is peculiar to say the least.
Has anyone checked out New 52 Teen Titans? Your thoughts?
