Secret of Decimation in Onslaught Reborn?

Now as many you know i have little to know life and checking out comic preview as I do i saw the preview for Onslaught Reborn a "civil war tie-in" from the "creative minds" of Jeph Loeb and Rob Liefeld. No I don't know why i did it to my self either but any how i say this when i checked it out:

so according to Hawkeye AKA Wolverine (in another title ) there should be mutants in Heroes reborn but something the Scarlett Witch did cause them to appear perhaps Decimation just move the X-gene from 616 earth to the Heroes Reborn counterparts

can we write marvel and ask them to burn the scarlett witch aka HARLOT BITCH at the stake and be done with it? i NEVER liked her character and the fact that she's had more lasting an impact than even truly bad ass women like Dark Phoenix or Madelynne Pryor at this point is really irritating me.

Heroes reborn was one of the most ridiculous moments in MU history but it DID pave the way for a glorious "return to basics" revamp across the board with titles like the Avengers (vol III) in 1998. WHY revisit that NOW?
