Madelynne Pryor is back!

Madelynne Pryor is back in full effect as the RED QUEEN of the Hellfire Cult.

She is also putting together a "Sisterhood of Mutants". So far the roster includes Chimera and Spiral!

This is a very interesting development that I will be watching.

and for those who play in the Six, dont you think its ODD that at least a year after the "Red Queen" made her debut in the Six and the "Sisterhood" as well that Marvel has these same ideas? I think I need to SUE! LOL!

Can you imagine? I do wonder if Selene Gallio will be a member into this Sisterhood. The utter amount of unmitigated power would be unimaginable. While typically I find any clones or spawn of Jean Grey detestable I've always fancied Madelyne Pryor. It will be epic, of course. Has anyone heard news of "Miss Sinister?"

I am STOKED about Madelynne Pryor returning. I have ALWAYS preferred her over Jean Grey ever since the early/mid 80's when Jean was still dead before the dreaded 1986 retcon that seperated Jean from Phoenix II.

Maddie rocks, plain and simple, the Inferno prooves it, as well as the well written but short lived "Mutant X" title that Marvel did back in 1998-2000.

The woman has power and knows how to use it. She even had powers and abilities that her template, Jean never possesed.

To see her back AGAIN and this time rounding up the likes of Spiral and Chimera (among others we have yet to see) is very exciting. I hope she beats the HELL out of Emma Frost for a start and I hope she puts a hurting on her rotten, spineless ex husband Cyclops! LOL

The topic of Emma Grace Frost happens to be one which poses much controversy on my stance of Marvel comics. I hadn't minded her, I especially liked her when she had been exclusive to the Hellfire Club. However, with this more recent recreation of being in love with Scott Summers, I find it loathsome. It also seems that with that inception Emma acquired abilities which were unfamiliar to readers as a whole. I am unsure if it is because they make quite a bit of revenue for having a character full of décolletage and nudity or what have you, I just cannot read anything involving Emma Frost any longer. No matter which situation she is subject, there is some means of how she always overcomes greater obstacles due to her "scintillating wit."

If we're lucky, (which I hope we shall be), Madelyne Pryor will infernally incarcerate the cosmetically inclined body of the White Queen. Though, luck has never been a facet of my life so I may as well prepare for destruction anyhow. What can one do but hope for the best. As for Scott Summers, who would have thought he would have fallen in love with Emma anyhow? It must have been something than actual emotions, I believe we all know of what it must have been.

The White Queen belongs on the hellfire club. however if she MUST be on the x-men, i don't mind her being a bitch, i just cant stand the fact that she profited from Phoenix IV's shocking (and senseless) demise [yet again]. and she's always disrespecting her PEERS (Storm, Sage, Psylocke, Rachel among others )


I dont know...i just feel like the White Queen ONCE blazed a path for powerfull bitchy women and has now become a characature, not to mention the OVER THE TOP ridiculous outfits that some of these so called artists have "poured" her into. I totally agreed with her assertion in a now CLASSIC x-men vingette that what a woman dressing sexy is like wearing battle armour and it doesnt cheapen her, but it cheapens the men who oggle her! but some of the stuff theyve put her in over the last 6 years has just been stupid ridiculous.

Scott wouldnt have even gone to Emma had Jean/Phoenix IV NOT "pushed" him in "Here Comes Tommorow" . But Madelynne has a child and MUCH history with Scott.

Madelynne would beat Emma's ass, plain and simple. Maddie is already well nigh IMMUNE to most other telepaths and that's all Emma has. Maddie's telekinesis has gone to levels Jean never had (without the benefit of the Phoenix) , she's got some strong telepathic ability as well, and she's street wise and blood thirsty. If she locked onto Emma's diamond form, i think that's a wrap LOL! and if she's got people like SPIRAL and Chimera backing her? Emma is one of the FIRST I'd say that gets her ass handed to her.
