Hello SG Fam! We've had several new members join us in recent weeks! I'd like to issue another welcome to you all & a thank you to those that have been w/ us for a while. We're a small board but we remain steady & active as many other boards bigger than ours & more established have since closed down. :nod: Hard to believe it's been 6 years now!
We're ALWAYS for new, diverse people to join our group & bring their thoughts, opinions, quirks & all to the mix. We have women, men, members of different races, sexual orientations, spiritual backgrounds & even a few members from overseas- so we like the diversity & we would love to see more of it.
If you have friends or associates you think would bring something good to our board fam here, please invite them & be sure to have them list you as their referrer. Be sure & tell them to introduce themselves in our Red Carpet forum so we may properly welcome them. After that, post away anywhere on the board & break the ice w/ your new board pals by saying hello in our shoutbox @ the bottom of the mainforum- chats there are "real time", spontaneous & @ times truly outrageous.
Remember, this is a board for ADULTS & so no topics are offlimits, even hot button ones. We do not censor language (e.g. cussing) either. We DO, however, have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY when it comes to harrassment, abuse of members/staff, racism etc. The staff here will enforce the rules & actions of the zero tolerance policy w/out fail to protect members/staff here. It's one of the reasons why many of our long standing members feel safe to post here expressing their honest thoughts on all kinds of topics & issues.
For those of you who are creative minded & need an outlet, I am looking for individuals who are familiar w/ "role playing" (be it live, video game or message board format) who would like to join the cast of "The Six", the board's ongoing rpg which is drama/action based, character narrative driven & influence by themes like marvel comics, soap operas & movies (i.e. "resident evil") if you're @ all interested & have more questions, please contact ME via PM & let's talk! :nod: I am particularly looking for male players who can play male characters but I welcome anyone who is interested.
Any questions about the board can be posted in our helpdesk forum where a staff member will quickly respond. Comments & suggestions are welcomed as well. You may also contact members of staff via PM if you prefer. & finally, don't be afraid to reach out to your fellow members here via pm as well. We're a small but but we hold it down like few others & part of that is b/c of how friendly members are.
