Right now my mother is scrambling to consolidate all of her paperwork as she has a sister and a sister-in-law that both seem keen to snatch up any land they feel they can lay claim to. There is more than that, but it makes me angry to even think about. Needless to say it is ongoing and every time my mother is ill for a time it flares back up as people approach her to try to get land concessions from her while she is vulnerable, often unaware of what she has done.
It is disgusting.

What i had to deal w/ back in Detroit is what motivated me to ask this question. My father is a selfish, piece of GARBAGE. He & his bitch wife....I despise BOTH of them. But he didnt count on me finding out what he was trying to do, much less going up there to stop him in court! now that this is done...I am done w/him...FOREVER! The thing that makes it so infuriating is that he didnt NEED this $$ he was trying to defraud me out of. He & my mother are both doctors & they do pretty well. Well...I showed HIM! :fdevil:
I saw my mother's sisters try to get nasty & greedy w/ her when my grandmother died too...they even wanted to hagle over things as small as JEWELRY. it was PATHETIC!

My oh so wonderful Uncle was scamming my mother for months out of money for work he wasn't doing to take care of my grandmother (his mother's) home and gardening. This is all while both women are sick and really just makes each of us want to punch him in the face. Nice-ish man but not one to trust with money, bills or anything that that has value.
