Heart Attack
How do you eat? Have you changed your diet for any reason? We hear all the time that diet plays a role in how likely a person is to have issues with cancer, high bloodpressure/cholestoral or other issues and we know the FDA is a joke when it comes to preserving the quality of food. Do you go out of your way to find organic products?
Me personally- I cut out fast food several years ago. I also quit drinking pop cold turkey as of 2004.
My typical daily diet is water and yogurt in the morning, oatmeal for a snack, a healthy choice or lean cuisine for lunch and salad for dinner. I take in a minimum of 64 oz of water a day and I don't eat anything after 8 pm.
I've also stopped eating red meat. The only meat I eat now is skinless boneless chicken breast. Im trying to move toward being a vegetarian.
I'm also transitioning from 2 % milk to Almond milk which is far healthier. I've read that soy milk can make a person's hair thin and is loaded with sugar where as Almond milk is not.
