Jamie Lee Curtis (Halloween 1, 2, H20; The Fog; Terror Train)- daughter of the legendary "FIRST", Janet Leigh (Psycho; The Fog; Halloween H20). She went on to proove her chops as a comedic & serious actress, she's also a writer.

Heather Langenkamp (Nightmare on Elm Street 1, 3 ; Wes Craven's New Nightmare; Shocker, Cursed) - fresh faced co-ed who beat out the likes of Courtneney Cox for the role of a lifetime as "Nancy". She's now a well regarded director, producer & special effects producer

Neve Campbell (Scream 1, 2, 3 & 4) - ingenue of the 90s on the small screen, she became the most recent & arguably the last of a phenomena known as "final girls" in horror films. She broke ground as Sidney Prescott in Scream & went on to proove she too could act in more than just horror films.

Who's your favorite & why?

I think I prefer Jamie Lee, because she just seems to kick ass and not be too much of a "damsel in distress". I also think her character grew and changed as the films went on and as the character got older.

:)

i enjoy them all for different reasons but im totally deadlocked between Jamie Lee & Neve Campbell for who'd get my vote.

Sidney Prescott started out the gate very smart & very capable of protecting herself, which was awesome. not that she didnt suffer or wasnt terrorized but where you saw other "final girls" or victims spend more time being worn down by the killer(s)- she was not so willing to be overpowered.

Laurie Strode...she's definitely one for the history books. Her growth from Halloween 1 to H20 is definitely one I appreciate & her role in H20 really showed how the horror haunted her & was now threatening a new generation & she had to stand up & do something to protect them & finally redeem herself.
