Arrow spin off series: Vixen, trailer debuts @ ComiCon

DC's very intriguing, & highly underrated character, VIXEN, is getting her own web series!

I've read her in the comics, but I felt like she was given more action time on The Justice League, & her powers were very interesting & versatile.

Some ppl have complained about her series being animated/web only, instead of live action, like the show she's being spun off from (Arrow), but I think given the way her powers work & the power signature/effect that goes along w/ that, it makes sense to do animated so that can be preserved.

Oh I love Vixen - I do wish it was on tv instead (but I'm okay with animation, because you know what a bad job they'd do if they tried to CGI that shit).

I do have to say, though...she doesn't look like the Mari I know. But I'll give it a try (I'm not much for web-only stuff).

I hated her wolverine-esque hairstyle that she had for many years in the comics. I was glad that when she appeared on Justice League Unlimited, she had a more feminine hairstyle and only did subtle updates to her costume, so it didn't look too different from her signature look.

Her latest animated look is a vast departure from anything before in print or otherwise, that's the one thing that concerns me. But I too want to give it a try!
